Worlock Air Conditioning & Heating

Bill and his crew installed a new American Standard AC system at my house with a Honeywell thermostat. They did a really good job. They were honest, thorough and had a convenient install schedule.

Great crew of workers at Worlock. Arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards and the system is once again blowing cold air. From failure Tuesday, to requesting a price Wednesday and completely installed by 130Pm Thursday I don't think you could ask for a better service. Lowering my energy costs is always welcome too Thank you Bill & Team.

I had Bill come for a maintenance service call. I had used his services previously and was familiar with his thoroughness. After his maintenance was completed, when he turned on my unit there was no power! Bill was quick to eliminate all the obvious causes and found a burned out fuse in a panel in my attic.
Due to Bill's expertise, problem solved.

A/C unit went out just when the temperature began to hit triple digits. Called Worlock Air Conditioning and Mr. Worlock was here next day to evaluate the problem and give me the news. After speaking with Mr. Worlock, he informed me that his crew could be there within the next couple of days to fix the issue. Hector and his team showed up and were able to show me exactly what was broken and within a few hours completed the work and had my home cool and ready for the AZ summer.

Courteous, prompt, professional and very competitive pricing. The owner himself came along w/ his lead technician to provide the quote and review my current system. Three days later the system was installed and everything was explained in full detail. Very happy regarding my experience w/ Worlock.

Nothing but good things to say. Bill was out within a couple of hours on a Saturday to diagnose my problem with my a/c . He explained everything and had multiple options with fixing and replacing my

Living in Phoenix we all know that the summer months are around the corner. I decided to replace my entire system, thanks to this company they gave me a 16 SEER Carrier system for a very competitive price.I noticed my APS bill has decreased since they installed this energy efficient system. Beat the heat now and call these guys and make sure you ask for the upgraded hi-tech thermostat. Overall I am highly satisfied with my choice of a/c system and this company.
