Worlock has been and will be my choice for ALL my heating and cooling needs. From installing new AC units on my home and on my business, they are there for me. Living in AZ we all need AC service at some point and Worlock shows up when they say and provide the exact repairs necessary. Their professionalism and honesty will always bring me back to them. I truly can't recommend them highly enough.

I have had an unfortunate experience with another air conditioning company so I reached out to Rebecca and Jim to ask them some questions.
They were extremely helpful and thorough, writing this simple recommendation for using this company seems minimal for all of their help.
I have learned it is much better to use a company like theirs then a corporate company.

I was told a technician would be out by 2 pm to fix my unit. At 1:45 he called, referenced someone else's name and address and did not know anything about my issue. I explained that it was a repair not a quote request. He said he didn't get that info and would call me back. I waited for 15 minutes and then I called the office again. I was told she would talk to technician and call me back. She did, told me that they were running behind and would not be coming. They also knew there was a problem that morning but no one called me and now there is no chance of finding someone else. Another night of Arizona summer with no AC in my room.

Bill Worlock and his crew did a very efficient and professional installation of a new split AC system. . My house was clean as a whistle when the job was completed . I highly recommend Worlock Air Conditioning.

Worlock AC Repair and Heating was quick in getting out to our home to check out our air conditioner that was not cooling. Despite it being Memorial weekend, they were at our doorstep within 1 hour, Bill Worlock, the owner, explained the problem in easy to understand words. 1st class service and would highly recommend. Bill worked with us and arrived on a weekend to check on our AC system that was turning itself off due to overheating. He came early in the morning when the parts arrived to install them. They were communicative throughout the whole process. I called several companies to no avail as it's summer and they are busy. However, Worlock AC was prompt and communicative in their repair. My Ac went out on a Thursday, I called 6 different ac companies and none of them could even see me for a week. I called warlock and spoke to the owner Bill, he said he understood my situation and was able to see my AC system right away. After talking to other companies over the phone they had mentioned that all I needed was a new condenser that would cost me around $6000 since I have a 20yr old system. I had been told that my furnace could stay and it wouldn't be a problem. Bill and his crew from warlock inspected my system and gave me a very honest quote to replace me entire system, and I am so glad they did. My furnace was rotting away and I had no idea! Bill and his crew worked very clean and efficient. These guys are true professionals. They installed the entire system in one day and it looks good! I can't even believe how cold my house is upstairs and downstairs. I highly recommend warlock for any kind of work, these guys are real professionals.
