Our experience with Worlock ac repair and heating from beginning to end was an outstanding experience. Our ac stopped working and we contacted them the same day it went out. They assessed the issue in a very professional and timely manner. Once we decided to have them do the job they were able to arrange and organize everything almost immediately. Since our system is over 20 years old we chose to replace the whole system. They made the whole process extremely easy and convenient for us. The cherry on top was them completing the entire install of the ac, the furnace and the thermostat in one day! ONE DAY! They kept everything very clean and tidy. The owner Bill is very informative and knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He and his crew installed beautiful, high quality, and eco-friendly equipment. Best of all they are a family- owned and operated company and we love supporting family businesses, especially right now. Would highly recommend them! FIVE STARS across the board!

I am very satisfied with the installation of the HVAC unit. Worlock Air showed up on time, they were courteous, they worked the hole time they were here and when they left everything was cleaned up. I was very pleased with the company.

A/C went out at 7:30 pm Saturday night. Bill said he would be at my house between 7:30 and 8:00 am Sun Morning. Bill called me at 7:00 am said he would be at my house at 8:00 am. By 8:35 issue had been been diagnosed and new part installed.

Bill was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to educate us on our system and how to use it efficiently. We received honest recommendations and service. I called Worlock because my Nest was telling me I had a wiring issue all of the sudden after 5 years. I went though all of the Nest troubleshooting to no avail. When I called Warlock I expected the typical, get you on the schedule, estimate, ect, ect. But Bill was not about any of that. He walked me though my system over the phone. Told me about the basic things I could do on the HVAC side to both troubleshoot and how to gather info. With his guidance I was able to get the system working myself. This is awesome. If I ever have a issue in the future, my first and only call will be to Warlock.
