Bill Worlock fixed my AC that stopped cooling headed in to the holiday weekend! My AC stopped cooling on Friday May 27th at 6:50pm. I immediately searched for emergency AC services near me. I called four other companies before finding trustworthy help from Worklock Air Conditioning. Bill fixed the issue early Saturday morning. I was lucky to have his help. Especially with stores closing for weekend/holiday. Bill was able find the capacitor needed for my specific unit just in time before the store closed early. Without his help I would have not had cooling for 3-4 days over a holiday weekend. Thank you so much, Bill!

Bill Worlock and his crew did a remarkable job on the install of a new AC at our home. Contracted with Worlock Air Conditioning on Wednesday afternoon and had a new AC completely installed before noon on Friday. Entertainment for the neighbors was also provided as they watched the crane lift the AC to the top of the house. (smile) Fast and reliable. 5 stars without question.

After my AC broke down in the middle of the terrible Arizona heat I called multiple companies to come out , Warlock air was the first to come out and give me an estimate. Compared to the other companies the pricing was extremely fair for the high quality of service and warranty's that they offer . They got me booked for my install almost next day, the technician they sent out whose name was Jarett helped me understand every step of the process . He was super polite and professional , he made sure to check in with me during the entirety of the install . I'm now enjoying my house in a cool 74 degrees and couldn't thank them anymore !!! 5 stars all the way thank you !

Worlock AC replaced my two heat pumps on the roof. Bill Worlock was patient, informative, knows what he's doing, and always on time. I would him recommend and his company highly.

We highly recommend using Worlock AC Heating Specialist. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He replaced our entire AC/Furnace and duct work. His installation included much better quality product then was initially installed by our builder. His crew are friendly, efficient and do a great job of protecting your flooring and cleaning up. They completed the whole job in less then a day. He also only sells and installs top of the line products. Use him, you won’t be disappointed!

Worlock AC was outstanding for us! Our AC went out and after having multiple companies come out and give us second opinions about what was happening Bill from Worlock AC found everything that was wrong and additional things because he exposed our piping and found our aluminum pipes that Chaz Roberts installed were leaking in multiple places. They were able to get us a new AC unit and replace all of our pipes the following day. Which was greatly appreciated with the Arizona heat. Everything was completed in a day and fixed to high quality standards. All of our rooms in the house that night were cool which was a previous issue we were having and everything was SO much quieter. They were also able to get us the same unit other companies offered at a lower price which was great. Highly recommend working with Worlock AC! Yeah

Very happy with my experience with Bill Worlock and the quality of the installation of a new American Standard heat pump for my home, to replace a 21 year old system. I was impressed with his knowledge, the competitive pricing, and the fact that he was there on the job working with his crew, which included a son in training. I would definitely use him again!

We had three HVAC professionals quote us on full system replacement for a second home. It was sudden and it was hot. Worlock came out within 24 hours, gave us the best quote with equal service, but a higher rated unit. We have used larger HVAC companies in the past but the personal relationship with the techs and knowing they will stand behind their warranties made a big difference, not to mention they were 500 dollars less than the lowest bid. They were five-star the whole way!!

Bill Worlock is personable, professional, timely and informative. His AC products are highly rated and his service team performed an excellent installation of a new 4 ton rooftop heat pump at my home. This should provide many years of worry free home comfort!

When our AC unit went out, we had 3 companies come to our home and many more quotes & offers on the phone. The first 2 companies got off the roof and pitched their products they wanted to sell. Bill Worlock got off our roof and had found multiple other issues, including exposed & weathered electrical wires from loosened conduit. I had to get up there and see it for myself, and he was right, this was a big problem. A glaring problem that the first two AC companies never noticed, but were quick to just make a sale. Bill not only completed a thorough inspection, but provided affordable solutions. Worlock wasn't brand-pushy, but provided us with many options, and we chose Carrier, the units that we had already researched and wanted. Worlocks prices were below market, and their professional service went well above anyone else, and were a refreshing joy to work with. We have the assurance of quality installation, as well as the warranties provided through Worlock and Carrier. We greatly appreciated the straightforward talk, and Bill & his wife explained everything and answered all of our questions. They are a Family business, and we can't recommend this family enough! We witnessed integrity in action, as some other issues arose during installation, and Bill and his son & crew handled everything quickly and effectively. Apparently my home had some other hidden surprises, and nothing was too difficult, and at no added cost, such as running brand new ground wire from electrical panel up through conduit to the roof and the two new Carriers we purchased, as the old units were not grounded! WOW!
We are so very grateful that we chose Worlock for the job, as their quality and service went above and beyond the call, and saved our home from prior shortcomings and future disaster!
