Amazing job! Super professional & great quality!

We ae snowbirds and I found this company on google. They did an outstanding job with our install. A few weeks ago I was reading an article that were shortages on equipment so I decided to call around and get a new HVAC system. My house is so quiet when the system is running and I have received my APS bill and my bill went down due to the energy savings with this new American Standard. Friendly staff and great customer service from start to finish.

Where to start.. I own a condo in downtown scottsdale, ac went out on a Saturday afternoon and so I called Worlock and they answered relatively quick. It was Saturday evening when the technician arrived at my house, unfortunately my unit was completely toasted and needed a whole new system (it was over 20 years old). the install crew showed up Monday 8 am sharp, removed the old unit, and by 1 pm we were pumping cool air again. It has been three weeks since the install and everything is performing perfectly. I am extremely happy with the customer service, friendly staff, and how the owner himself was maintaining the job in a timely manner.

I would recommend this company to anyone as the work was done efficiently and their expertise and knowledge of their business was apparent. It was also done in a timely manner. Along with them repairing the A/C they also installed a new water softener and what a difference that made. I am fully satisfied with their professionalism and their customer service

After calling various companies and receiving quotes on our A/C unit we had A very pleasant experience from start to finish with Worlock air-conditioning. they gave us in-depth information on our unit and what it would take to improve our situation. They're honest, personable and professional -highly recommended!

2 years ago my A/C unit failed completely at a rental property I own in Peoria. I had 4 tenants that would suffer through 100 plus degree heat in May. I spent $2200 having Worlock repair everything. Just 4 days ago after the first few days of 100 plus degree heat, the power unit at the panel that tells the A/C unit to turn failed on Saturday evening of all days. I called and left a voicemail message and didn't expect anything to get fixed until Monday. Bill Worlock called me back an hour later Saturday evening, asked a few questions, called and spoke with the tenant, and repaired the power failure on Sunday the next day. I don't know if the repair is or isn't under warranty, but I can tell you that they do stand by their work even after not having them maintenance the unit for 2 years.

Recently, one of our Air Conditions quit working and we were certain that we were looking at big $$$ to get it fixed.

We called Bill Worlock with Worlock Air Conditioning and he was at our home that same day. We were pleased that Mr. Worlock didn't immediately try to sell us a new AC unit, but took the time and effort as he had to go up into our super hot attic to flush out what was really going wrong with the system.

Fortunately, the problem was a simple fuse on the Air Handler which had blown. A $5.00 fuse and payment for his service call was the entirety of the problem and we were back up and running in about 30 minutes of his arrival.

Worlock Air Conditioning if fantastic. They over deliver on what they promise and remove the stress when your air conditioning system goes out. We called them on a Sunday morning at 10:30 am and Bill was at our home at noon as promised on the phone. He spent over 2 hours checking the performance of our a/c and figuring out the problems and costs for repair and for replacement. We went with replacement. He said they could have a crew at our home Monday morning at 6am to complete the install. Crew arrived on time as promised, and the install and cleanup was all complete by 3pm. The install crew was pleasant, clean, & polite. Job was completed at the cost quoted. We have used Worlock previously for service also and we are always completely satisfied as our neighbors also.

Without question Bill and his team are the highest quality and most professional A/C company in the valley! Best price and service hands down! They were able to get me a brand new unit for my business the next day when everyone else said it would be 2-3 weeks at best! Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
We had an entire heating and air conditioning system installed by Worlock.. after several estimates he came in thd lowest and then added a free water heater as well. They came early as promised with a crew of four plus a large crane to lift the heavy units in back yard over the house. They worked all day and Bill the owner of company joined them to supervise and to install the control system, explaining how to work everything. The entire was very professional and helpful when ever questioned etc. We recommend Worlock as the best Jay and Jean
