Very pleased with services received from Clark heating and cooling. Inspection of broken system thorough and accurate. Suggested upgrades included increased efficiency on both return and outflow air. Identified how best to maximize output of 5 ton system to square feet of our house. David, the owner, worked directly with us and was part of the 3 person crew that delivered new equipment, removed old heat pump system, added a second return air filter and duct work, reworked, straightened and enlarged air ducts to maximize air flow, and installed our new variable speed system. All this completed in one day and saved us between $4,000 and $11,000 over the 4 other bids offering other systems from other companies.
10 year parts and service warranty, quiet very efficient system, quality work, on time throughout the job, great clean up, answered every question. We are very happy costumers and feel blessed we reached out to David Clark and hired him to replace our system. We were home all day with the team during install and it was a pleasure having them in our house.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle got me scheduled after ruling out simple fixes and kept me up to date. My Technician Ivan was on time, professional, and friendly. He got my AC fixed in a short amount of time and was happy to explain things in more detail when asked.

Wonderful, wonderful service. We have been working with Clark for a couple of years now. On their recommendation we had a completely new system and duct work installed and it fixed the airflow issues that were preventing our old system from cooling the house. The house has now been transformed even on the hottest of hot days here in Phoenix. Last Friday Ivan came out to do our regular check up/maintenance for this summer. Clark heating and cooling just replaced my entire A/C & heat system and did a phenomenal job. Not only were they on time, but were very professional and did a very clean install. Our replacement was going to take a few days due to scheduling but they got us a portable ac to use while we waited! Everyone was professional, on time and answered all of our million questions. I had a few quotes. Dave Clark came out and gave a quote. He broke it down for the cost of air conditioner as well as some duct work we needed done. He gave us an upfront low price for our air conditioner need.

I had a 2nd quote from a company that sent a salesman out with a lot of talk, 3 AC quotes with a lot of talk of discounts upon discounts and an end result of overpriced quotes.

We decided to go with the quote from Dave. We called his office and they set us up to have it installed less than a week later.

They provided great communication every step of the way. The crew arrived and were ready to go to work at 6 AM. Dave was there overseeing the work. By about 1:15 PM they were done. The York AC was on my roof, running great, and all the work was completed. They cleaned up and we were enjoying a cool home.

Prior to this, for the past 5 years, we have always had our AC set to 72 to be nice and cool. The past 2 summers, our old AC struggled to get down to 74 or 75. With our new AC we set it to 72 and we were colder than we like. Our new 72 is about 75. The York 3 Ton AC runs QUIET.

This was a very professional company with a great response, on time, no sales push or pricing game, and we have great quality with a great value. This AC cost us over $3,000 less than our other quote. AND with a little needed duct work done, we were still about $1500 less than the quote for just an air conditioner with the other company.

I held off for several days on this post. I have solar and I check my daily savings with APS. So far, with this AC running nice and cold, we are showing about $2.50 a day less on our AC. That is a pretty good savings.

Clark's Heating&Cooling got me an appt. right away when the AC quit blowing cold air on an Arizona hot day. Technion Elijah figured out what was wrong right away and fixed it on the spot, he was amazing, friendly & nice!

When you're retired, Arizona summers are a real threat! Clark Heating and Cooling came to our rescue! Our AC unit died and summer was coming. They provided a portable AC to help cool us down right away. Within A week Clark evaluated my existing system, which needed some serious improvements, we agreed on a plan. They got everything needed and in one day their crew made the install. Again, all within a week. We love the new high efficiency variable speed AC. It's so quiet. They did a great job! Clark heating and cooling did an amazing job!! We’ve had repairs done before on our units by other companies, but none of them were as responsive, organized and as friendly/professional as this company. The work was clean and the price was very good. This is our company of choice from now on.
