My parents AC went out and we had Ivan come out on a Sunday. I have never had an AC company come out to my place or my parents that I felt was being honest, there are so many shady companies out there and I have to say, Ivan spent time figuring out what was wrong. Fortunately the part was under warranty, so we only had to pay for labor. It was cheaper than most companies wanted to charge just to show up. I got a few extra cards from him and will from now on use Clark heating and cooling. I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to service, and I have to say I don’t mind paying for a quality repair. And I did just that. Fair priced, quality service. My mother felt like he went above and beyond. Sad part is we had another company out less than a month ago. And they clearly overcharged my mother for the work. And the repair lasted a few weeks. Thank you Ivan I hope your boss knows what an asset you are to the company.

I had Clark come out for a PM service and a 2nd time to move our AC unit to a new location. Both times they came out they were on time and professional. Both services went smooth. Highly recommended!

This is the best HVAC company in Phoenix hands down. I had my entire HVAC system replaced and they are extremely competitive on pricing. You probably won’t find a better price. They use York systems which are excellent and give you upgraded color wi-fi thermostats to control your system via phones. It took two days to install two large 5
ton compressor system for my two story house, but they cleaned up everything each day. They also were very responsive and Dave the owner is super nice and easy to deal with. Ivan the lead tech is fantastic and has the highest integrity among service techs. I’ve used these guys before I had my 18 year old system replaced and they don’t use any bait and switch tactics that is so prevalent today by many unscrupulous cooling companies. I highly recommend Clark Heating & Cooling.

UPDATE: 4/4/2022 we had our 20 year old unit replaced. As always, Dave and his crew were professional. They showed up right on time and completed the work in the estimated time given. When making a big investment in our home, it is important for us to support a small business that we know and trust. I scheduled a check-up for AC unit before the heat kicked in and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Dave really knows his stuff. He took the time to answer all of my questions.
