Clark Heating and Cooling

Hands down one of the best places I've had out to work on my house. I won't even consider other heating and cooling companies after having them out.

Everyone I communicated with was helpful, professional, and thorough. The team seems organized and communicates well.

My unit was working, but had begun making odd noises. I called them on the weekend and the tech on call went over the options. Since it wasn't urgent, I decided to wait until the week to avoid a surcharge. The tech took my information and gave me some pointers for what to do in the meantime.

The office reached out to me to schedule, but I missed the call. When I called back, she knew who I was and had my information on hand. She advised me on the different options and scheduled me for a diagnostic that day.

The technician (Sam) who came out went above and beyond. The noises were intermittent, so it was difficult to reproduce. He was thorough on checking the system to find any problems. He found a panel had not been screwed on fully, but couldn't determine for certain if that had been the cause.

After carefully checking to see if there was anything wrong, he went over some possible additional causes for the noise. Unfortunately, the noises didn't occur while he was present. Regardless, he was careful to run the AC several times to attempt to reproduce the issue.

Since no other issues could be found, he ended up completing a full tune up instead. Afterwards, he was careful to ensure that everything was cleaned. He went far above and beyond with the work he did.

I only wish I could find teams like this for every home issue!

This company is by far the best A/C heating company I have ever worked with. They did an amazing job, the techs were clean, respectful on time and honest. They replaced both units inside and outside in less then 8 hours. Highly recommend.

On a 115 degree day my AC goes out with a 2 year old and a pregnant wife at home. A tech from another AC company comes out and tells me I need a new condenser but probably should replace the whole thing. As the temperature rises and I contemplate the $6000 quote I received I called Clarke AC. Within two hours Ivan arrived and within 10 minutes we had ice cold air running in our house again! And for less than $400. It is so hard to find smart and honest tradesman. My family and I will only consider Clarke AC from now on. Thank you!!
