Excellent service! Showed up on time, finished work as promised and spent time making sure we were comfortable with our new unit. This is the only call you need to make!

Clark was recommended by a client of my fiancés. He says they did great work on his home air conditioning, so we had them come over and give us a quote to replace the duct work on our HVAC system.
Our home was only cooling one side of our house. We had cool bedrooms, but the kitchen and living room just could not get good air flow. Our system was completely unbalanced and we had an air leak from the shoot connecting to the a/c unit itself.
The quote was a little bit of a shell shock, but not ridiculous. I had the duct work put in 5 years ago by Reeis for a pretty penny and they did a horrible job comparatively.
So we went ahead with the work and I’m glad that we did!
Our house gets full and a complete balance of air flow throughout all my vents. It is an amazing difference from what it was like before.
They did clean work and a thorough job.
My unit was running at high speed before and now with the job they did, it was able to be put down to a medium speed level and we still get great air flow.
Basically, after the job was done correctly, my unit now will not have to work as hard as it did before. Money will be saved on our bills overtime and we will be more comfortable from this day forward. Summers in my house won’t be such a drag anymore. Thank you Clark Heating and Cooling!

Not only was he a great listener, the way he connected and communicated with us made us feel at ease throughout the service call. Bonus was getting to install our new thermostat, as he walked us through its setup and kept up with his white glove service approach. Would highly encourage the ownership of the business to recognize & incentivize this above and beyond approach to customer service. Great employees are hard to find these days, and in doing so creates a positive climate (pun intended) and loyalty to the business. Happy to recommend this business to anyone with HVAC needs!!!

Fantastic company! I'll never use anyone but Clark Heating and Cooling again. This company saved me thousands of dollars - here's a short story.... After my unit was leaking, I had Goettl come by for diagnostics and they told me I had to replace my 3-year old unit, for a price of $24,000! They offered to "help me out" by giving me a $17,000 "discount" for a total bill of $7,000. I spoke with the owner Dave at Clark Heating and Cooling and he said the Goettl quote didn't add up. Clark then came out for a second opinion, inspected the unit, and performed a tuneup for $99. The technician was bamboozled by what Goettl had recommended. Elijah was the best. Friendly & Knowledgeable. Climbed up on the roof and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. Made the necessary adjustments and installed a new thermostat. Great overall experience. Highly recommend.
