The company was referred to us and a great referral it was! Courteous, informative staff helped me book my appointment which I was able to schedule within a week or so from the date of the call. Ivan texted what time he would arrive, and that's when he arrived. He was friendly and efficient and answered our questions. The price was good for the service provided. I recommend them and would use them again.

Having Clark Heating & Cooling replace my 18 year old HVAC System in my town home was a First Class experience.

They showed up on time, protected the inside of my home as they installed all new equipment in the attic, new digital wi-fi thermostat, and a new 16 Seer outdoor unit.

It's super quiet, efficient, and economical. These guys truly have the "Aloha" spirit. Dave is the owner, and what I can say is he is transparent, tells it like it is, and does what he says he is going to do for you. In my opinion, that is what you want from a Heating & Cooling company.

I look forward to seeing them annually for maintenance on the system as that is what insures my awesome parts and labor 10-year warranty which includes the refrigerant if the system needs to be topped off.

These days, it seems to be difficult to find a great contractor. I highly recommend that if you have an HVAC need you give these guys a go.

Their technicians were very professional and did a great job from start to finish. David installed an awesome York 5-ton unit and added an additional return duct to our house, and the air is flowing better than it ever has in this house before! They are very polite and easy to work with and are by far the best HVAC vendor in the Valley, and only ones I will ever use!

David (the owner) provided a thorough and detailed estimate in my home, taking into account our layout and duct work and everything - it's clear to me that he knows his stuff. He worked with me on the estimate and answered all of my questions. They arrived on time for the install and worked hard til it was finished (my attic was tricky to work in so they had to take some extra time), and even filled out the manufacturer rebate for me!

A note about price - I had serious sticker shock initially. I had no idea inflation and supply chain issues had hit the AC industry so hard over the past few years, but after doing a ton of research and shopping around to about 4-5 other companies (big and small), Clark Heating and Cooling offered the best value by far. So if you have that sticker shock, Clark isn't overcharging you, that really is what these things cost nowadays!

They are extremely communicative and provide updates on technician arrival times and status updates to work orders. They go above and beyond for their clients and were amazing at fitting in service requests in 100 degree Phoenix weather. Do yourself a favor and use Clark for your HVAC needs!

I am forever grateful for this company. I placed two phone calls on a Sunday explaining that I had no cool air and that I needed my annual maintenance. Michelle called me back at 8:10 the next morning and scheduled me for same day service. Elijah Coburn was the tech and he was equally amazing. Over the years I've used many HVAC companies but I can say Clark Heating and Cooling is by far the best. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and excellent value for what I was charged. The tech even removed a bird he found in my attic. 5+ stars for that service.

I have used Clark Heat And Cool dozens and dozens of times and find them extremely knowledgeable, and extremely responsive, especially in an emergency. Polite and professional. Highly recommend them!
