We moved to the valley about a year and a half ago. We have been very pleased with Hilco‘s work, promptness, professionalism, and price. I have nothing but good things to say about this wonderful family business. HVAC systems are so different here in Arizona than they were in our old home in Wisconsin, Hilco has been informative, helpful, and courteous every step of the way. We expect to have a long and good relationship with them whenever we have HVAC needs.

Dependable and honest. I have used Hilco for years. Recently the air circulation fan for inside the house failed. While doing the work, the Hilco tech noted a problem with the original installation of the heat pump (done by a Company other than Hilco). The main sheet metal duct for the cold air return was obviously not properly sealed off from the outside air intake portion of the ducting. In other words, the hot outside air was therefore able to mix with the cold air generated by the A/C unit .... OMG !! I expect that my electricity bill will be reduced this summer. Thanks again Hilco for the terrific attention to detail, and most excellent quality of your technicians.

Never even received a call back. Considering it is june and 98 degrees in arizona. All good though got it fixed by delta air. Same day call back and fix.

We have been using HILCO A/C for over 25yrs. Family owned. They are awesome and go above and beyond too make sure everything is working well. We have a yearly maintenance agreement with them. They come out twice a year for maintenance. If you need them to come out any other time you call in and they can accommodate you They are always prompt. You receive a text, email and reminder call day of.

Always have had a great experience with this company and have been working with them for years. They repaired our old A/C and replaced it when it was time, during which we added an intake vent that really improved air circulation in our home. Yes, an owner may show up when you call, not common these days. Exceptional service and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them.
