Tru Comfort Heating and Cooling

Very responsive! I left a message early Monday that my AC wasn’t working. They called back within an hour and scheduled to come out Tuesday between 12-2. I received a text and an email around noon on Tuesday that they were on their way. The tech called and said he would call me at work once he diagnosed the issue. Turns out the breaker tripped! He suggested this could be a symptom of a larger issue but since the unit is only five years old it’s likely ok. He said there are a few maintaince this we could do. He said “if you were my dad I would suggest leaving it alone and it should be fine” Drew was out tech, thanks for your good work Drew

Our AC fan motor failed late in the morning. By the time we noticed it was 3:30PM, but Drew was with us inside an hour and had completed a repair by 6PM. Drew kept us informed of what was wrong and the cost to repair. Excellent job.

Very professional and prompt. Tech was able to diagnose and fix AC malfunction quickly and efficiently. Explained everything in easy language to understand what needed to be done to get the AC back up and running! Very impressed with the service and the pricing.

Best company ever! I will never use another company again for my AC/heating needs. This is by far hands-down the best company I’ve ever worked with as they’re honest and don’t try to upsell you on anything. I normally don’t leave reviews on companies but this company deserves others to know just how great they are. If you’re reading this review you can’t go wrong by trying this company, you won’t be disappointed.

Simply amazing services from start to finish to say the least. With that being said I called three other companies to repair our AC system and they either refused to help or on two of the three occasions we had to ask them to leave with out submitting a proposal. Long story short just ask for DREW he will get the job done right the FIRST TIME.

This was the one year service appointment for my new heating and air conditioning system. The guys did a fantastic job with the setup and follow up regularly to make sure everything is working to my satisfaction. I am extremely satisfied with the service that I am receiving from them.

HIGHLY recommend this company. Replaced our entire HVAC. Nice guys that obviously love what they do. Made sure we had a full understanding of what was needed and not. Competitive pricing and honest.
