Tru Comfort Heating and Cooling

Well my AC went out last. Remembered these guys who installed our units at my work. Also another co-worker used them recently and raved about their service. So I called at 7 am and they were looking for a spot to fit me in quickly. They were able to find one and come and diagnose the problem. Found the parts and fixed the unit quickly. I would strongly recommend this company to friends and family in the future. Also have already spoken with them about replacing my whole system when it is time to do so. Thank you guys again for the work you’ve done on this 110 degree day to get the temperature down for my puppies and me before I get home. Best service I’ve had in a while.

We are considering the replacement of one of our two rooftop packaged heat pump units. Based on previous A+ experience with Drew when he was at a different company I knew I wanted to get his opinion on what was a complicated matter. He made a trip out, spent over an hour on the roof and in the attic diagnosing a "hot room" issue, and offered different solutions.

I can assure you that the people behind this company are knowledgeable, courteous, and experts in their field. I would not hesitate to hire them for any type of HVAC work, big or small.

Great communication and fantastic service! Drew came to replace my RO filters and to perform maintenance on my HVAC system. When he inspected the AC system prior to cleaning the coils he discovered that a wire that appeared to have burned. After bringing the issue to my attention, Drew replaced the wire and continued the service. I greatly appreciate the outstanding service and proactively identifying and correcting the issue.
Tru Comfort is now my go to provider for all HVAC & RO systems!

I first saw this company on Neighborhood Digest - review there was fantastic - my units (2) we ready for service - Set up service call - Drew Michelson, owner an former Marine arrived right on time - work was clean, professional & just a great guy overall - service contract was reasonable price. Drew was not only a person of high character he was very knowledgable about his trade. He was an absolute pleasure to deal eith and the pricing was extreamly fair. I will use this company without fail on all future issues. Hands down the best servixe I have ever received.
