My mini spilt wasn't blowing cold air. Drew was out the next day and in a matter of minutes got it blowing icy cold. Can't recommend this company enough. Its so rare now to find a company who calls you right back, shows up on time and fixes your problem quickly for a fair price. Drew took the time to listen, solve the problem and gave me an estimate for future work needed down the road. This is my go to company from now on!

Just selected these guys to replace one of two air conditioners in our home last week. Very happy with how quick they were to respond to my after hours air conditioner that failed along with how quick the job was finished. Very professional service and people skills and would use them again in the future if needed. Highly recommend this company.

Drew and Brad are great guys- friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. This is a locally owned small business. There is no commission or upsell. My whole family has used them for HVAC services, and we all recommend them to anyone who asks. I originally found Bread when he worked for another company. 2 years later when my second unit needed repair, I contacted him directly. The prior business had been sold to a large chain, and Brad and Drew didn't feel comfortable with the changes being made. They felt that the customers weren't getting the best that could be offered in terms of service, quality, and guarantees, and they didn't want to work on commissions. These guys have integrity and they take pride in the work they do. I highly recommend them!

We called Tru Comfort for a quote on a new AC system after another company said we had a defective part that was very expensive. They said we should probably just replace the entire system. Drew asked if we would mind if he took a look after we told him what happened. He said it sounded unusual for the part they said to be bad. Drew was right and found the problem in 5 minutes of being in the roof. Drew came down and told us we don’t need a new system and on top of that he had the part with him. We were up and running in 15 minutes. Drew could have just given us the quote (which was a very good price) and left, instead he took the time to try and see if he could help us before calling it quits. He saved us from having to spend thousands of dollars due to his customer service, honesty and diagnostic skills. This company truly believes in customer service and doing what is right. Beyond excellent customer service. Honest feedback on health of my unit. Did not try to sell me parts that are not needed, unlike other company that "diagnosed" my AC. Same day service, they fit me in since the temp in the house was 84 and climbing.
Knowledgeable and provided me with simple solutions to maximize my units efficiency that I was not doing.
Highly recommend the company. I am so impressed with the honesty and detailed service...this is my AC company from now on.

I would highly recommend Tru Comfort Heating & Cooling. Drew was out with in 15 minutes of our call as was the owner Brad to help restore our AC. They were both informative and productive. They had our AC back up and running in less than an hour. We will definitely be using them for all heating and AC in the future.

This was the best experience, professional, explained everything, and cleaned up. My son used this company and was very pleased. So I called, returned my call within minutes. Came out within a day to give a quote and did the install in less than a week. This past week a good friend also had them replace her furnace and AC.

I sent them a message on a Sunday asking if they did repairs as our AC broke down. Drew messaged me back to confirm my address, let me know of the service charge fee and was there within the hour.
Within 2 hours of the original message he had the AC repaired after explaining our options for fixing it and we are back with cool air.
