Tru Comfort Heating and Cooling

I called several companies local to Anthem to inquire about servicing our AC units. I had actually made an appointment with one company but Brad from Tru Comfort called me back and I was so impressed with his professional demeanor and comprehensive answers to my questions that I decided to cancel the other appointment and give Tru Comfort a try. I am so glad that I did. Drew was at my home on time and was friendly and very thorough in checking and servicing our systems. His invoice was accompanied by a full page of notes about the testing results and he even made a few recommendations for the near future that will keep our systems running smooth and keeping us cool. I HIGHLY recommend Tru Comfort Cooling a Heating. The are highly skilled, very professional and local to us.

Drew did an amazing job. He came out to do a maintenance inspection and look at my drain line situation. The company that installed the unit in the attic found that the main drain was clogged and instead of attempting to find the problem and fix it, they just bypassed it. Drew found the issue and set the drain lines up the way they were intended to be working. Will recommend to all my friends.

Drew did an amazingly thorough and professional job. He troubleshot my AC system, while very expertly explaining each step in the process. He diagnosed the problems and patiently laid out the options with his recommendations. I was very impressed and plan on giving Tru Comfort all my future AC business. While having AC problems in the middle of the summer (and of course on the weekend) is never a fun time, Drew was very friendly and pleasant and made it as good an experience as it possibly could have been! The price seemed very reasonable as well.

Would definitely recommend Tru Comfort to anyone needing HVAC service and/or maintenance. They are very responsive and, in the heat of the summer, made sure to get our AC issue resolved as quickly as possible which we greatly appreciate. Very professional, on time service, and quality work. Will definitely use them again when it comes time for maintenance and eventually replacing the unit.

Brad always gives us an honest estimate, always suggesting the best options without going to the highest &&& to keep our old units ticking. We appreciate that!
