Tru Comfort Heating and Cooling

Brad is the real deal. When I purchased my airconditioner, he answered question after question on his direct line without once pressuring me to make a decision. When he recently discovered that the installers from his FORMER company had made a small mistake, he offered to fix it free of charge. Take note of that: he worked for another company when he made his guarantee of service, and he brings that guarantee with him to TruComfort. THAT is truly spectacular service.

Add to that Brad's commitment to NEVER working on (or asking his employees to work on) commission, and you get a recipe for outstanding customer service. His knowledge in the industry is unparalleled, and he will happily give you the number for necessary parts so that you can check online venues to make sure that you're getting the best price. Indeed, one company wanted to charge almost $300 for a Carbon16 filter; Brad indicated that it could be found online for $100. Brad was right. It is this combination of integrity and expertise (as well as reasonable pricing!) that makes TruComfort my only choice for HVAC work.

P.S. I also had them do my (gas-based) water heater, and my only complaint is out of their control: I wanted a leak detector that Honeywell hasn't been producing.

Drew was thorough and took the time to explain everything that he did during our system inspection and maintenance. They put us on their schedule only a few days from when we called. It's GREAT to have one of the owners of this relatively small Anthem-based company arrive to do the work. They will do our Spring-time inspection as well. Love these guys!

4_8_23.. updating review, had Drew out to do yearly check and help to enlarge one of my registers for the inflow of air. Again I could not be more pleased with this company and will continue to use them year after year. They are reasonable priced as well.

To be honest I went with them first off because of the pink vans. I thought the supported Breast Ca Awareness. Turns out They DO and a whole lot more.
Drew is one of the owner's and was my technician. Drew is a Veteran and their company was founded because to provide low cost but quality services to the community and they support a host of events and charities as well. Drew provide a good service and for a reasonable price was able to add a start assist kit for longevity of the unit.

Our thermostat suddenly wasn't getting power. Brad and Drew came highly recommended by a friend so I gave them a call. I'm pretty handy and they were kind enough to go through some trouble shooting with me but we were unable to figure it out over the phone. Drew was here within an hour of my call. He found the issue very quickly and even gave me the option to fix it myself to save me a few bucks. The level of professionalism they exhibit is not something you feel very often these days. I won't hesitate to call them again and will be recommending them to others.

Love this company, they are honest and reliable which is hard to find. They are not salesmen trying to find reasons for you to spend more money on unnecessary things. i trust what they say when something needs to be done.

I have used Tru Comfort for several years and have always been pleased! Friendly, helpful and honest. Highly recommend for any heating or cooling needed. Had them replace a water heater earlier this year and they beat the price of other businesses in the area.
