Ultimate Pro Refrigeration (TJ Murray) is wonderful!!! He's 100% honest about everything. I would, 100%, recommend him if you're within (I don't know how far he travels outside of Queen Creek and San Tan Valley, AZ) if you need A/C work done. He's a genuine guy and he knows what he's talking about. We'll have him back if our A/C needs replacing or a tune up.

This is by far one of the most honest and professional company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We had an AC unit that 5 other companies couldn't fix and TJ identified the problem within minutes! Words cannot express how happy we are with this company!! Top notch service and company!!

TJ came to our house on a 116 night just 1.5 hours after I called him in a panic. Our AC was blowing hot air and our house (with baby sleeping) was almost 90 degrees. TJ was communicative, polite, and figured out our problem in minutes. He replaced the part from his truck luckily and all was fixed. We will use Ultimate Pro forever.

Ultimate Pro was on-time, courteous and professional. They tested and diagnosed our current heating and AC unit and gave us a clean bill of health.

Our rep came out on a Sunday. He was very friendly, professional, but most importantly knowledgeable on what we needed to have done.

A representative came to inspect the ac for some future work as well as set up a yearly plan. After the consultation I never heard back.

Service man was very knowledgeable clean and friendly. Took his time and explained everything to us. Told us every step of the way what he was doing. Made me feel very safe and secure. Like the fast friendly service. Thank you. I will definitely use you again.
