I'm moving into a new home and Zach and TJ made sure all the ducting and unit were working properly. 10 stars for service and professionalism.

Arrived on time. Very professional. Both units needed new circuit boards. Clay, our tech drove 1.5 hours round trip to get new boards and supply us with heat.

I was drawn to Ultimate based on the reviews and their commitment to respond within a couple of hours. They fulfilled the commitment and provided exceptional service.

Excellent service! Rep was on time, explained what needed to be done with an accurate quote and finished the job asap. Highly recommend this company.

I called to have an AC unit inspected, they came out the next day, called with the results and then sent me quotes for new units. They were thorough, on time and easy to contact.

I am very pleased with the team at Ultimate Pro Refrigeration from the owner, TJ, who scheduled my appointment to the HVAC engineers, Josh & Clay, who came out to provide the excellent HVAC maintenance. The team was great at communicating what the process was & where they were at in the process, fantastic Customer service & the integrity is something that is so rarely found in this industry. I love this company so much that I signed up for their maintenance plan. You won’t be sorry that you called for an appointment!!

$18,000 for two Rheem units and an air exchanger at a 17 sere rating. House is 2300 sqft. Took 2 1/2 days to install. Communication good as far as letting us know when they are coming. My expectation of one day install was not met, but I don’t know what it takes to put in a system. My past experience was one unit and air exchanger took approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Although they came out same day and assessed the problem, they didn't return the call the next morning as promised with a followup on getting our issue resolved. I called them back the next morning and only then did they decide to pass up the job on fixing our problem, further delaying a resolve. We had an easy repairable part (Blow motor replacement) in a very confined attic but it could have been fixed with dedicated effort as we received from another company. 2 stars for quick initial response but sorry to say a disappointing followup. The tech even left tools in our attic and they are still awaiting him to come get them since I did the courtesy of letting him know they were here. Sorry ultimate pro, very disappointed.

I have used Ultimate Pro for installation and repairs. They thoroughly understand digital thermostats as well as ductless heat pumps, and they donnot try to addon unnecessary additional expenses. Their services are fairly priced and they are highly knowledgeable. I will use their services again.

Clay was such an amazing tech. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful with our issues. I would 100% recommend this company!
