Had a mini split installed in my garage, they did an exceptionally clean install for a great price.

Clay arrived on time and ready to work, I found Clay to be Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. He was able to figure out the problem, repaired the problem in no time. Ultimate Pro Refrigeration removed my old ac and installed a new 2 stage ac. From start, they were great throughout this whole experience! I met 4 guys who were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and got started with the installation right away. They also installed a smart thermostat and I love it! They really made me feel like they cared about my house not boiling us alive and they were able to get me scheduled right away so it didn'thappen! Thanks guys! I'll definitely refer anyone I know to you for the rest of my life! From now on, no one touches anything in my house that controls the temperature!

to everyone I know. Our A/C stopped cooling our house at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night and within 20 minutes of making and appointment, someone was at our door ready to help. I work for a home services company and Clay was exactly how I would expect our technicians to be. He diagnosed our problem within 10 minutes of being here and fixed it in 45 minutes. As we all know, Arizona summer weather is not bearable with no A/C. Thank you for saving the day Clay!

I absolutely loved every step we took with ultimate pro refrigeration. our ac went out on a Sunday afternoon. just about everyone I called either didn't pick up or were busy. ultimate pro picked up and had a repair man come within an hour. when he was done he told us he could repair it, however our unit was already about 12 years old so we knew it'd be better to replace it. Our sales man never pushed anything and all the prices were exactly what he quoted. they couldn't get our ac actually delivered for 2 days but they lent us an ac that was portable which helped alot. then on instal day it was like watching a well oiled machine. Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this company, and will never go to anyone else but them

A/C went out on Saturday AM with 113° on deck. Home Republic Home Warranty kept on it and was able to schedule Ultimate Pro Heating and Cooling for the next day. The tech, Shawn, arrived within the scheduled service window and was exceptionally professional. He was thorough and diligent in the troubleshooting and replaced our AC motor same day. Will definitely call on Ultimate Pro again when needed!!!!!

These guys are my angels and saved my family. Both of my ACs broke and these guys came out 2 days later with new ones. They really do care. The instillation crew was amazing. They worked fast and they were friendly. I had one room upstairs that never got cold ever and they fixed that problem, too. They even cleaned up after themselves which to me is amazing. I love this company and we will be thanking them forever for saving us.

Update 8/11/21: I cannot thank Ultimate pro enough for helping us get two new Bosch ac units. They installed these two units in only 7 hours in a house only ducted for one so they added the ducting and electrical for a second unit. We are so please with the Bosch units and appreciate TJ’s recommendations on different units to help us find the best fit!
Ultimate pro refrigeration was a great experience. Josh and TJ were very knowledgeable in AC units and we will likely have them install a new unit as ours has always caused us problems. We will continue to use them in the future and signed up for their yearly checkups. I would recommend them to anyone in need of AC repairs or checks
