I recently had an installation of a new AC unit and Thermostat. Understand I own a 2 story condominium. If I could give these people 6 stars, hell 10 stars I would! Excellent experience hands down. Mr. Murray was able to make my ac unit work until he showed up to replace it, mind you it was Mid-Summer. We are talking less than a week! He showed up an hour before his appointment time, which is unheard of! and directed the boom truck(Crane) placement. That showed up on time even. Mr Murray was very polite and to the point on all matters including the Nest thermostat. Excellent service afterwards on maintenance! Easy decision to have this company take care of all future needs for me and my family and I definitely told my family! Hats off to Ultimate Pro Refrigeration for a job well done! Huzzah!!!
