Here is my story
AC stopped running at sometime after 5pm on 6/24/2021- Temp outside was still 105+
We called all the usual franchises.

Not one of them could send anyone else until the next day.
Getting desperate and getting ready to check in to a local motel we made one last ditch effort and called UltimatePro heating and cooling.

I kid you not, before we were even off the phone with the dispatch there was a technician at our door, I don't think even 10 minutes had elapsed.

The repair technician was super friendly and had the AC back to working condition in less than 15 minutes!!! He was highly professional and cleaned up after he was done. I don't remember his name but that guy deserves a raise!
They did not charge some super high prices for the emergency work either.

This is hands down the best company I have ever dealt with ,EVER!!!

If I could recommend any one company I have had at my house over the last 20 years it would be this one. I can't give them enough praise.

If you need AC or heating needs in AZ, Call these guys, you won't be disappointed.
This was truly a "restored my faith in humanity moment.

I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Our heat pump went down on Friday evening. By Saturday at 1:00 pm everything was running perfectly. The owner took my call on Friday and promised to dispatch a technician ASAP the next morning. True to his word I received a text saying a tech was on his way before 10:00 am. Clay Cooke showed up shortly afterwards and diagnosed the problem. After getting approval from our home warranty company, he and another technician made the necessary repairs and we were up and running. Clay was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and wasted no time in accurately diagnosing the problem. I would highly recommend Ultimate Pro Refrigeration for Air Conditioning repair services.

Overall service was great. Technician arrived as schedule, stayed until all work was completed, over 5 hours. Ensured to clean, removed parts and all packaging. Ultimate Pro came out to repair our system as soon as parts arrived, came out earlier then expected. Appreciated all the patience with my husband and I while we were waiting for our AC to be repaired. Thanks for all you do.

Had a problem with no heat. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it. They explained everything to clear details. Friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Discovered my AC was not blowing cold at 7 pm and the house was starting to get pretty warm. Called all the big name AC companies and none of them were available. Finally found Ultimate Pro and they were super helpful. Told me a tech could be to my house within the hour. I have had bad luck with past AC companies that have ripped me off so I was already expecting the tech to try and charge me an arm and a leg to fix the AC. Austin showed up from Ultimate Pro and knew exactly what was wrong within minutes. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and had the problem fixed in less than 30 mins. Austin even cleaned things up better than he found them. The price was very reasonable and I was pleased to be working with an AC tech that I felt I could trust. Ultimate Pro will have my AC business for now on.

Josh seemed to analyze the problem with repair of my duct work quickly and am now waiting for confirmation that repair is covered by home warranty company so it can be fixed. He was personable and knowledgeable.

Appt. Was for 1-3 pm. Called to check schedule time wise, receptionist was courteous and efficient. Checked with tech to get updated schedule. At 1:30, was on his way, had just left previous appt. Called again at 4pm to check status. Owner, DJ, answered and was instantly put on the offensive that I called again. Said tech would be there when he got there, wanted to know if we wanted to cancel. We did not. Owner was very rude and impatient. Tech showed up about 5:30pm. He was pleasant and attentive. He identified the problem, corrected it, and was on his way. Owner seemed to feel like he had plenty of customers and shouldn't have to be bothered with questions about professional courtesy. Has marked my account in capitol letters "DO NOT SERVICE RUDE!!!!. In my humble opinion, not the ultimate pro that he considers himself to be. Don't believe I'll be sending anymore business his way. Happy customers tell 3 people about experience, unhappy tell 10.
