I very highly recommend UltimatePro, TJ is a professional and a man of his word! The blower unit went out on my air handler on a Thursday at 119 degrees! He came out that afternoon, accessed the problem, obviously he didn’t have the blower unit on his truck, but he got one the next day and by Friday afternoon it was up and running again. He goes above and beyond reasonable to help his customers! I know, I’m in a service industry as well. I DO NOT recommend people or businesses lightly or without personnel experience, I recommend TJ with zero hesitation, he performed for me and I know he will for you as well!

Seasonal Maintenance was performed. I heard about your company from "Rosie On The House" on the radio in my car. Clay checked my refrigeration unit which is the lifeline to my existence in the winter and summer. He gave me assurance that the compression was good as well as the coils. Clay really takes pride in his work which is phenomenal! This is the first time in 9 years that I have had the serial number or the model number of the unit. I called ultimate pro to come out for a problem with my air conditioning. They promptly came out and were on time, within the time frame given. TJ was very professional and worked hard to fix our problem quickly. Our problem was resolved and pricing was extremely fair! I would recommend this company to anyone needing A/C work.

The tech noticed the Evaporator coils were dirty. He did not clean them. Only notified my warranty company who is using this to not warranty my AC if it breaks. Why didn’t the tech clean the coils ? Now I have to pay someone again.
Update TJ did contact me and sent his tech back out to clean my evap coils.No Charge. I understand he has restrictions with my cheap warranty company. Thanks for good service!

Our large roof AC quit working when it was around 115 degrees. We called and TJ was able to make it out the same day. He started around 1:30pm and was still on our roof at 9:30pm. We felt so badly that he had been working so long in the heat. We asked him if he wanted to call it a day, but he would not leave until our unit was up and running. He went above and beyond and we would refer him to anyone. Great customer service, friendly and fairly priced. We will definitely use him for any of our HVAC needs. Thanks again for all of your hard work.

TJ and his counterpart did a great job. I did not expect to get same day service much less have the owner of the company answer the phone and repair our ac unit himself. Excellent job today

TJ came out next day to look at my ac that was up to par. Was honest about what needed to done. Only replaced the capacitors and charged a fair price. Worked great after that. Will be calling him from now on for all of my air conditioning needs.

Austin arrived ahead of schedule, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was very professional, informative and polite, I will request him for any further HVAC needs.
