To start off my AC broke down in the summer time and My wife and I just bought this house 6 months ago so i had no AC for 2 and a 1/2 months With our kids But Ultimate pro scooped in and save the day. They communicated with my home warranty got the parts that was needed And fixed my AC Is. A shout out to Sean and Clay Amazing technicians very friendly and amazing people thank you both of you Amazing work and will keep business card for future maintenance or even replacements and And will recommend to family members and friends

Ultimate Pro Refrigeration was professional, responsive and replaced my AC in a timely manner. I went through 2 other companies who tried to repair my unit before finding TJ with Ultimate Pro who helped me get my AC replaced through my Home Warranty. We also used them to service my AC units at 2 additional properties. They are very efficient. I plan on using them for all my AC needs.

Unprofessional, rude owner. He bragged about how much markup he was adding. Workers were considerate although they left tools, & their mess.

Clay, the young gentleman who serviced and replace a few parts was professional, honest and very helpful. He didn’t start the conversation with you need a new unit, which two other HVAC companies both started their opening like that. He performed perfect, replacing two parts which he had on hand. He was helpful with his evaluation of this old unit and in the near future when I replace it for a new one, I will be sure to use your company just based off Clay’s professionalism and honesty.

The a/c in my townhouse went out last night - and it's still 100+ degrees at this time of year so I needed someone to come out immediately - and that's exactly what I got. A service tech who clearly knew what he was doing, was able to explain everything to a lay person who knows very little about a/c units, and not only fixed the a/c, but helped us workout a plan to get a permanent resolution.

Came out in an emergency event very quickly and were great. After 3 others failed

We were given a 2 hour arrival window for an urgent service request and our technician, Clay, arrived within 45 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

TJ came out to my house for an emergency call during a storm. Was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get my AC back up and running cold air within less than an hour. Great service and I would highly reccomend Ultimate Pro for anyone's AC needs.

Received an appointment with in a reasonable amount of time. Technician arrived on time, was neat and polite. Technician was knowledgeable and able to fix my problem within a reasonable amount of time. The service and repair charges were very reasonable. I now have a dependable A/C service which can depend on
