Aristotle Air Conditioning & Heating

Our AC wasn't running right, so we called Aristotle Air. Luis, came out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Changed our compressor lightning fast! Couldn't be more happy with the service!

I used this company for years for my semi-annual service. However, this year I was extremely disappointed. I paid $80 for each system to be checked. They did not notice the leak in the upstairs AC. When the home inspection was done a few days later, they found the temperature to be incorrect. It took several calls and messages to get to someone to even talk to me. I was told several times that they would call me right back. When I finally spoke to someone 5 days later, I was told that there were a lot of AC issues. I guess mine wasn't? I asked for a specific appointment but I was told that when someone was in the area, they would check. The following Friday came and someone was finally available late in the day. At that point, the buyer wanted all receipts of repair and I had to have someone else to check it (it was leaking freon). I was never offered a refund of the $80 for the second system that they clearly did not service correctly. I should have been offered a refund. I can guarantee I will not use this company again.

Seriously found Aristotle over ten years ago, and would not use anyone else. I am a REALTOR, and all my clients that have called upon Aristotle feel the same way. It's great when you give a referral, and they take care of those your referred. LOVE Aristotle and Team

Very controlled execution of this installation. Prepared, and diligent in doing the install of the split unit. Both on the condenser outside, and the evaporator unit inside, the work was without flaws. I am knowledgeable with this work because of my past employment and am comfortable with the correctness of my opinion.
