I have used Aristotle for many years and they have always been dedicated and reliable.

They respond right away and the service person that came out is very cordial and professional.

He was in and out in half an hour. Is the normal? So not sure if I can realize in doing my ductwork.

Really disappointing! AC repair worker came out to fix the air conditioner. He worked on it for awhile and said he would need to come back the next day to complete the work. However, he did not come back the next day. We had to reach back out to find out the situation as the house has been 85 degrees. We found out that the next time they would be out would be 4 days later. The initial worker came out Sunday and they scheduled the next worker Thursday. We have been in a hot house and are just stuck waiting until they come back Thursday to complete the work. Be aware!

A/C company that I had came out to do a service maintenance on May 10 & informed me there was a leak but didn’t know where. The company gave me a date as to when they could have 2 people to come out to find where the leak is occurring, May 25, 15 days out. In the meantime, we’re heading into triple digit temps by the end of the weekend. On May 12 an email was sent out to 4 A/C companies regarding our situation. Aristotle Air responded & had one of their representative out to us before 4:00 pm. He found the leak within an hour & took the information back to his supervisor who in turned figured the cost for replacing the coil unit. The coil unit was under warranty but not the labor & any other added costs. Aristotle Air scheduled the job for the morning of May 16. Two Aristotle Air reps showed up around 10:00 am & replaced out the 3&1/2 year old coiled unit with a new one & were done early afternoon. The guys were polite & did their job.

Was a routine checkup after my initial purchase in spring of 2021.
Tech was on time, and did his thing. No complaints. I have found the installers as well as the techs to be knowledgable and courteous.
I will continue to use them for future service calls

Both Martin and Ruben did an excellent job in helping me install a new smart thermostat. They also installed my heating and air-conditioning unit about a year ago and have had very good follow up with this unit. I highly recommend Aristotle Air

My service technician arrived on time, was respectful of my property and performed his task competently. He was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company for the purchase and maintenance of your air conditioner.
