Adan came out the next day after we found out the AC wasn’t working right. Came and fixed the compressor quick and got the AC back up and running! Thankfully because it’s ridiculously hot out !

I had a service last year and writing a review now.
a guy came to fix doesn't have changes and not accepting credit card so i had to give him $500 for refilling refrigerate on my AC costing $450. so i had to give him $50 more cause the situation is awful.
Tech doesn't have business mind and no respect to customer. I am regret to choose this service.

I have been using Aristotle Air Conditioning & Heating for over 10 years and have until now, been a happy client. They even work on my rental properties.

Today, it changed.

The tech came out and replaced one of our HVAC Capacitors. He was about to leave but then the office called him and said to "collect payment right away from this client". The tech came back, rang the doorbell, and said that he couldn't leave until he collected payment from me.

First, I have always paid my bills. Never have I not paid my bills and on time. Having a tech stand right there and say he can't leave until he collects payment was completely different than how I have done business with this company in the past. I have always received an invoice from Aristotle via email and then paid it.

Both myself and the tech found this process strange, awkward, and not normal. It felt like I was a bad customer and they notated something in my account that I was an "untrustworthy" customer. Not a nice way to treat your life long clients.

Great, responsive company. Price for complete replacement of heat pump/AC system was a great value. Only downside was they had to remove some trim around attic access. The crew that installed the unit did not have the tools to make the trim, once reinstalled, look the same. The salesman assured me his company would make any work done like that would be taken care of, so I don't fault the crew that installed my unit. It took me probably 10 minutes with my caulk gun to make it look right, so not a real big issue
