Our air conditioner went out today and Jonathan Wood came out immediately on a weekend and fixed it. He was professional and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend them.

What's worse than having your AC go out in June? Not having someone you can trust to figure out what's wrong with it. That wasn't the case for us with Clayton and Aire Serv. He was great from the time he came by to assess the problem to the follow-up after installation of our new unit. We've been in our home for 19 years and this is the first time we've had to replace our unit. We will continue to have it served by Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning and are grateful for Clayton's honest, professional and timely service.

We had Aire Serv come out to take a look at our a/c compressor because it was blowing cold air. The rep was at our home for about two hours looking at everything. He did a very detailed inspection of our system. He found our compressor bearings totally seized up, and that it wasn’t compatible with our air handler. Hence why it was overworking and died.
They got all of the new parts ordered and ready in about 3-4 days. When they came out to do the install, they had everything out and back in within 4 hours. Extremely pleased with the customer service, and how smooth the entire process was. I would highly recommend this company if you are having issues, or just need routine maintenance.

The speed and quality of service is impeccable. No matter a routine service call or... Help! The furnace won’t work type call, Jonathan is prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and great to work with. Billings are fair and straight forward.

Efficient technician that did thorough inspection and provided full report. Spoke in understandable terms and was realistic in his evaluation. Tech was careful and cautious as he followed accepted pandemic protocol.
