Aire Serv of Red Mountain

My A/C broke on a weekend and the technician came out the same day. It was great that he came out and fixed it so quickly. He made recommendations for a tune up but wasn't pushy. It was nice to get fast service and a good price. I will definitely call him for any future issues.

Jonathon was very cordial and very experienced at this profession. He diagnosed the problem and gave me the bad news in a manner with options. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

I had an issue with my a/c system and Clayton was there within 30 minutes. He didn't leave until I had cool air flowing. He was awesome and even called me from my roof to keep me up-to-date with progress. Great job!

I decided it would be a good idea to install my own thermostat. YouTube said I could. Guess what I couldn’t. Aire serve was very pleasant on the phone and whoever I talked to gave me a good job for trying. Jonathan was out within the front part of my time window and had my air running in minutes after he arrived. Even checked to see I had canceled my maintenance appointment (covid) and offered to do it since he was here. Other than informing me my 27 yr old air conditioner needs to be replaced, everything was great. I will be meeting with Gordon soon to get an estimate on replacing my dinosaur air unit.

Jonathan was here today to do our spring AC check, been here a few times spring and fall and I feel has done a very thorough job. A very pleasant personality, willing to explain things in detail and spend the time to make sure you understand any issues and offer suggestions.
I do feel Aire Serv is one of the more honest and reputable companies out there today.

I've used Clayton and his team for years, for all the good reasons--they're honest, have great prices and always show up when they supposed to. Aire Serv had been patching up my 25 year old air conditioners for years, but one day in August they just gave out. Of course it was a Saturday morning when everyone was home. The guys came out, diagnosed the problem and had two new units in at the end of a very, very long Saturday. These are really fine people who do great work every time.

Great experience!!! Timothy showed up on time, educated me and not pressured me to buy anything I didn’t need. AC broke in 108 degree weather within 2-3 hours my house is cooling down and motor replaced! Timothy was extremely professional and friendly.

I would rate every aspect of my recent experience with this company very highly. From the moment of my first contact I was treated with respect and professionalism. Monica made arrangements around my busy schedule for her technician Jonathan to come out. He called in advance, met me at the promised time, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with a detailed verbal description of the work he performed and of work that needed to be done. He also sent written copies to my email.
I will continue to do business with AireServ of Red Mountain in the future, and to recommend them to others. It is rare to find a company that comes when they say they will be there, and which takes such obvious pride in excellence.
