Review for Clayton, Aire Serv of Red Moutain. Clayton installed the HVAC system many years ago, no operation issue besides a bad capacitor one time, expected. Very recently there was a concern, but not an issue, about drainage in the attic, and he took care of it right away in a single phone call, even though he didn't have to, not a small job. This review is done willingly due to competitive pricing with superb customer service, responsiveness and honesty.

From calling to schedule, then the call that they were on the way, they were on time, and the tech was super friendly, and went far beyond my expectations!! Highly recommend!!!

It took two visits from Elijah but he got my ac running. He's awesome. Very professional and personable. He explained everything that needed to be done right away and gave me a good price for all the work he did and saved me from having to get a new ac. Very pleased with your company and will recommend.

On time, friendly and was thorough in his review of my air handler and a/c unit.

Had an appointment scheduled to have my AC looked at today, received a text 2 hours before scheduled time that the appointment was cancelled. What a joke.

We are so pleased with the work Elijah did on our AC. I called around 1:30 pm and scheduled with Jason for the same day. Elijah came out in just a few hours and did a diagnostic, repaired the problem, and also did a full system maintenance. Our AC is up and working and we are very happy. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
