Emergency Air Conditioning and Heating

I called Emergency Air to have my annual maintenance done on my two AC units. Robert Mitchell was the service technician that came and was prompt, courteous and friendly. He didn’t pressure us with unnecessary up sell’s and was very helpful and fast. Thanks E-Air!

We can't say enough great things about Caleb. He made our "nightmare" seem alot less scary and was very thorough about our options when dealing with our AC unit. He didn't try pushing any unnecessary products or accessories either. He was genuine, personable and very knowledgeable. I am writing to provide a review of Emergency Air Conditioning and Heating. In the past month Emergency once again provided semi annual service for our HVAC system. This time Colin Chilson was the service tech that provided the service. During/after the service, Colin, my wife and I had a great conversation regarding our current system and based on age and usage of our system what proactive service should be performed in the future. Colin's expertise about products, maintenance, and timing for what we may anticipate related to out system was helpful. The conversation was pleasant with no pressure, and fostered a trust between Colin, my wife, myself, and Emergency Air HVAC. Colin is a sincere and great person and we and Emergency Air HVAC are lucky to have such a person to work with.
