Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional service! I couldn’t believe our Tech Johnathon was on my roof fixing my broken AC within an hour of calling for an appointment. What an absolutely amazing company! We have an ancient AC unit up on the roof and we noticed what looked like a leak and stain on the ceiling. One call to Aire Serv of Red Mountain and their technician, Elijah, was here that same afternoon, on time and very professional and courteous. No pressure to buy more or for work we didn’t need. He took the time to explain what was happening and what he was doing and even changed out our return filter! Great guy, great company! Looking forward to using them again to replace this old unit. Thank you for being there!

A/C broke down July 3rd during summer heat. Same day repair. Friendly & Professional technician was quick to identify and replace a faulty capacitor (~half an hour). House is cooling normally again. Would recommend for quick servicing.

Jonathan has been fantastic. He has been servicing our unit for the last several years. He is knowledgeable, very prompt and always pleasant and professional. Clayton is fantastic as well and I trust them to do all our repairs and maintenance. Clayton fixed some poor workmanship for the company that installed my unit originally. He showed me what was done wrong and took pictures to explain. I have recommended them to many people.

Wife called telling me A/C was not working. It was 106 outside and we have a terminally ill older dog that was in some distress from the heat inside.
I gave her Aire Serv’s phone number at roughly 4:45 and she called them right away, indicating a technician would arrive around 6:00. Long story short, the technician arrived early, quickly found the culprit capacitor, and had the A/C restored BEFORE he was scheduled to arrive!

Great company that looks after their customers like friends look out for each other

Clayton and his group are amazing. I've had them out for routine maintenance and they helped save me a ton of money. The last time I had them out was because my a/c went out on a Saturday in the summer. I called Clayton and was able to get one of his guy's out to come get it back running again. Thanks to them we didn't have to go all weekend without a/c. Highly recommend these guys. You won't regret it.

We have known Clayton for over 15 years. The rapport he has built with us is outstanding and a true test of customer service. Johnathan serviced our AC unit this weekend. He was kind, approachable and communicated clearly what was needed for our unit. Johnathan gave us information about the unit and parts (noting that R22 would be phased out by Jan 2020), allowing us to determine the best course of action for our 14 year old unit. Fantastic service, fantastic team. A group that has been around for a long time and still gives A1 service. Highly recommend this company and team!

We found ourselves in an emergency situation with the AC out. Aire Serve of Red Mountain sent Jonathan Wood to our home to fix the problem. Jonathan was very knowledgeable, fast, efficient, clean, very friendly and a lifesaver (literally!) He was able to come out same day and got the AC running again within a few hours.
