Aire Serv of Red Mountain

This company installed my complete replacement ac several years ago. They have always performed annual service for many years. They also installed my ecobee thermostat.
They have always communicated well with us.

Aire Serve has been fantastic!! Last summer our ac wasn’t working. The company we had been using was called 3 times and could never find an issue. Called aire serv and they found the condenser coils had failed. The compressor failed and the elbow going into the house wasn’t even sealed. They had it fixed and we had cold ac in no time. Then our ac stopped working again last night. I made an appointment for this morning and the guy showed up quickly and had it going again. Failed capacitor which wasn’t replaced during last summer and he replaced it for us as a courtesy. Seriously.l, these guys rock!! Will never use any one besides aire serve!

Elijah came out and repaired a capacitor and refilled the refrigerant on my AC unit. He was so kind and professional and explained everything in a way that I understood. He was on time and very respectable man AIRE serv has earned a new customer!

Nolan Beeson is a consumate professional. He was very prompt and serviced our heat pump to give us peace of mind through the long hot su.mer to come.

John Wood was polite, worked hard, and did a great job even though it was a rainy day and had to work with an umbrella to get the work done. They’re a great team and we appreciate their work. They were very professional, and very thorough. He explained everything that needed to be and was very responsive to any questions that I had.

Elijah arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He climbed up on a ladder to change my air filter, which is difficult for me to do, and he did a thorough inspection of my A/C-heating unit on the roof. I was grateful to get this taken care of before the summer heat.

Early this morning our heat pump stopped blowing hot air and started blowing cold air. I told my maintenance man about the problem and they had Aire Serv out around 14:45 the same day. It only took a few minutes for the technician, Elijah, to figure out that the unit had gone into defrost mode, which is what it's supposed to do if frost/ice starts to build up on the coil in the unit
. The unit was heating just fine when we tested it while he was here. Elijah was very polite and professional. I hope Aire Serv knows they got a good tech. I hope they treat him good. It would be foolish to lose a guy like that. Thanks Elijah.

After being ignored by 3 other AC companies for a request to have an AC tuneup to prepare for summer, Aire Serv responded the same day to my online request. The technician was friendly and professional during the service as well. Will be using them again.
