After calling several other services (including the one that installed our ac unit) and being told they could come in 48 hours or four days (!), we called Aire Serv. The technician was out within the hour and fixed the problem (faulty wiring to the thermostat). He was professional and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Always friendly! Jonathan is a great technician. When he’s working with me, he explains things because I need that! When it’s my husband they are like two engineers chatting. ;-). Our A/C stopped working and they were able to come out the same day we called. The heat severely affects the two of us who have neurological issues so having it fixed the same day was outstanding!

Last night my air conditioner stopped working properly, so I Googled and found AireServ in my community. I emailed for an appointment first thing in the morning. A few hours later I realized it was a more dire situation than I thought, so I called their emergency line. I was set up for an appointment for the next day. 2 minutes later, I got a call from the owner (Clayton) and he was able to get a technician out to my house today! Showing up 24 hours early for an appointment was beyond my expectations. I'm so glad I emailed them and they were able to get me in right away. Jonathan did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and informative. I definitely needed some big repairs done today, but now I have cool air, my cats are happy, and I'm happy. Plus I signed up for the Advantage Plan and got the 15% discount, which saved me enough to cover the yearly fee and more. The plan comes with 2 check ups per year, which means my next check up in 6 months will be free because the savings today paid for it. I love that.

Elijah was very responsive, showing up within an hour on a Saturday. He was efficient and quickly diagnosed my plugged condensation line.

We have used Airserve before and will continue to call the Red Mountain team for any HVAC issues.

Jonathan was professional on time, and very informative! I could ask questions and he always had very knowledgable information! He let me know the issue right away, and what services would be necessary for my system, for this visit and what possible services would be needed for future visits! Definitely recommend Jonathan as a tech to service your hvac system! He's awesome!

Aire Serv was fantastic all the way around. Easy and fast to schedule an appointment. Showed up on time. Reasonably priced. Technician was super professional and personable. Felt comfortable with the job he did - he even made recommendations on less expensive ways to address our issues that didn't involve his services. Really feels like they care about their customers. Highly pleased.

Showed up on Sunday when they said. Elijah very professional, & informative. Told me what repairs needed & an estimate. Work done, final bill less than estimate. Very satisfied.

Elijah Lara from Aire Serv was very professional. He diagnosed the problem really quickly and fixed it. He communicated really well all throughout the process. He even changed our air filters before leaving. An excellent company. Will definitely use them again.
