At the one-year mark system is working perfectly. Mike came out To do the spring assessment on the air-conditioner. He was thorough and explained everything. Very accessible really have a question. A good business to do business with.

I've been using Mike for several years and I've been very satisfied. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough, all for very reasonable prices. I would recommend Cooler Tymes to anyone.

Called after seeing his truck and coping down his web page. Went on web page and read the reviews. He is relatively new on his own. Many years of experience behind him. Very friendly and he came the same day I called. As it turned out my unit was low on freon and unit froze up. 2 hours later I had air conditioning and the bill for freon and labor was very reasonable. I now have a local service man I can trust.

I called this company this morning. My house is almost 100 degrees. He told me to text him the address and I would see him between 3-4pm. It's now almost 5 and I tried calling him twice and texting to confirm he received my address earlier this morning. No answer. I called Grand Canyon Air and they'll now have someone here in 30 minutes and the professionalism was hands down more enjoyable. Uh, just got a text from him saying he was hung up at his other site. Meantime, I'm baking in this house and it doesn't help to try and be somewhat courteous while writing this review. Bottom line, maybe this is a great company. I didn't experience this though and I would not recommend.

Great guy! Was in the area when we called and was at our place within 5 minutes. Knew right away what to do, and thankfully it was a relatively simple fix, and had our AC running better than ever in an hour. Quick working, and explained what was wrong and what he was doing as he went. Highly recommend.

I called him on a Saturday to come look at our air-conditioning unit and he showed up within the next hour and a half. He fixed the problem on the spot, showed us the part that was defunct, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg! He didn't try to sell us any extra things or say that something was broken when it wasn't, and even showed us how to clean the unit so it doesn't gather so much dirt and grime. Very nice and professional guy. I would recommend to anyone.

Mike responded very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix issues that another company failed to report. He communicated well and was very pleasant to work with.

First off, thanks Mike, for being a fair tradesman. I’m a mechanical kinda guy, so I understood, exactly what you explained as to the noise, and way that particular system works. Being out of state, you could of easily taken advantage, but instead, you seem to know, future business will come your way, just from honesty alone. This is a stand up guy!!! Thanks again
