Vineyard Heating & Cooling

I had a service agreement with a large company for my AC. They wanted to charge me almost $2k to do work on my ac, totally using scare tactics with me. Vineyard Heating & Cooling was referred to me on Nextdoor so I had them come out. They were able to find the leak and recharge my unit for WAY less. They were very professional and prompt. I will always use Vineyard now and highly recommend them.

First off, I barely ever write reviews.
These folks deserve it though, seriously. They have had to come out to my house several times the past few years to repair a problematic ac unit I had installed (badly installed, mind you, issues with the fan recently and before that a Freon leak etc). They have been more than fair and consistent and make sure everything is fully functional before they consider the job done.
Never once felt taken advantage of, they don't nickel and dime you. They have always been very fast coming out which is awesome, and are very friendly and family centric.
Please consider them if you're in need of repairs or maintenance.

This family has been servicing and maintaining my AC unit for 14 years. They have always been prompt and provided a great service. They have always charge reasonable and fair prices for their service.

Vineyard came out today to check out my A/C system because it was acting funky. But, the technician did something very thoughtful. He moved my trash and recycle bins forward in case the collection truck came while his van was parked in front of my house. AND, he put the trash bin back before he left while I brought in the recycle bin that was able to be emptied because of his thoughtfulness. Not everyone would think of that!

I had an air conditioner compressor replaced with this company in 5/18 and they were great. I had trouble with a different unit. Called them, I made an appointment, and they just cancelled because they are too busy.
I am disappointed that they can't service a return customer that spent a lot of money in just 3 months ago.

Vineyard did a great job repairing my AC system. I was without air and thought i was going to pass out. They came quickly to my house, got me up and running in no time and were kind and affordable. What more could I ask for! Thanks Vineyard!
