    These guys were great. I talked to Victor the owner on Monday by Tuesday morning he had his men there completed the repair and got my system up and running. I was formally a member of AMERICAN HOME SHIELD and after numerous tries to repair my heating with no success I turn to Victor to complete the

    Victor and crew did excellent job installing new ac units. Home warranty company refused to replace, they said pre existing issues, the unit was wired incorrectly. I had several companies including the original installer come out and they said there was no issue with the wiring. They said typical home warranty companies will find a way not to pay.

    Victors company was a far better price that competitors. Professionally installed and crew clean and respectful.

    Highly recommend them.

    This company came out through my Home Warranty as my AC had went out. I made the call on July 28th, 2021. They came out on the 29th to service my unit. The technician seemed very thorough. He told me it appeared my grounding wire compressor had gone out and they were going to need to order it and it would take a minimum of 2 weeks to receive due to Covid. I paid him his service fee and he was to follow up with the home warranty company.

    At the end of the following week, I called to get an update. It rang until the voicemail came on to tell me that the mailbox was full but I could send a text. I sent a text. They responded hours later and I inquired about my work order, I was told no movement had been made and the part hadn't even been ordered. We are in Arizona and we all know how hot it gets here and we were in a heat wave. Not to mention, I work from home so every day I was dealing with my house being 99 degrees, likely more because that's as high as the thermostat goes. I had to run out and borrow and buy some portable ac units to try and keep my son and I cool during this time.

    I immediately contacted my home warranty company and they tried to call and follow up and got the message as well. She advised they had reached out several times to them for the diagnostic with no response. She immediately canceled them and dispatched Greenwood Air, LLC who was here the next day, was able to follow up the same day with the home warranty and had the part the next day. They even came out on a Saturday to get my air back working after hearing that I had been without an AC for 14 days!

    Do not use A-Zone Air unless you want to be ripped off, call Greenwood Air!!

    A-Zone was sent by my home warranty company (2-10 Home Warranty) to come and diagnose my A/C issues well over a year ago. They came out and diagnosed that we needed our air handler replaced. 2-10 authorized the repair and they came to do the work. About a week after the repair was made, our bedroom ceiling began leaking under where the air handler was located.We had another company come out and take a look at it and they discovered that the air handler was installed improperly by being "pitched" in the wrong direction, it was completely hooked up and the old unit was still in my attic! This was supposed to be removed during the repair as that was what was paid for.They removed the coil because that is all the techs could sell and get money for. I notified 2-10 and they got A-Zone to come out and "fix" the problem and "fix" our ceiling. Vic (the owner)tried to push back on the ceiling repair as he didn't feel that it was his responsibility to make the repair even though it was due to their shoddy workmanship. He finally agreed to fix the ceiling but refused to paint it. We agreed as we were tired of arguing with him about the whole situation. Fast forward to Dec 2020, we called a tech from a local company out to take a look at our system because it was performing poorly again and he found that the system needed to be charged. Mind you, A-Zone had just "repaired" it and checked all of the freon levels and found everything to be fine. We paid almost $1000 out of pocket to have the system to be recharged because we ABSOLUTELY did not want 2-10 to send A-Zone out again. Another month went by and the system started acting up AGAIN and we told 2-10 and they dispatched a different company out and this company not only found that A-Zone never fixed the improper installation issue BUT they installed a completely WRONG size handler!We have a 5 ton HVAC system and they installed a handler that would be used for a 4 ton system. So now, we will forever have air flow issues until it gets resolved properly.

    My home warranty company has sent A-zone air for each of my pre-season check ups for the last 3 years. The technicians are always friendly, professional, and willing to answer my questions. If I didn't go through my home warranty company I would definitely still use A-zone!

    Victor came out to my house at nearly midnight to repair my AC unit that has gone out. This really meant a lot to mean as I have a new 7 month old baby. He was very professional and friendly even while going way out of his way. 10/10 would recomend

    Randy was professional and courteous. Although we weren't able to replicate the exact a/c issue today, he assured me that once the problem occurs again I can call and the company could revisit the issue. It's a bit challenging to try and find an issue when it is 65 degrees outside and the extreme Phoenix summer heat could be a factor contributing to the sound that is coming from the a/c unit.
