I'm a renter, and have dealt with ac problems in the home I rent for the last 3 summers I've been here. The company I rent from has sent someone out every year! Last year the owner of the company that was here told me insurance was saying I was Being a nuisance because they keep coming out for no reason...they came out 3 different times and the second time they replaced the whole unit in the attic but it still raised 5 degrees in an hour after doing this. Anyways, randy came out looked over everything and come to find our my jiggling thermostat wiring was messed up an putty shoved into it! He cleaned it up an got it stable on the wall. My ac then started to actually lower temperature in the middle of the day which it never has in summer! He came out today and replaced the thermostat as it was going up to 83 then dropping every few hours. So happy that Randy from A-zone air came out and hopefully we can get through the summer comfortably.

Contact A-Zone regarding AC issues. They responded quickly, did a service on my system and discovered a problem I had with the basement AC system. After it was discovered the issue was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.
Will use A-Zone for all my AC and heating problems.

Randy fixed the problem but communication is lacking with your company. I received a text in am sayinghe would be late and then silence.I tried to call several times and even had warranty company call, no one answers.
