Mike is always responsive, came out within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat and replaced it under warranty no charge.

My AC stopped working overnight. I called first thing in the morning. Mike was able to get an inspection done while I was at work and found the problem. The unit wasn't repairable but he was able to get a replacement installed by the afternoon. He took the time to show me the issues with the old unit. Very professional and responsive.

I called on Sunday morning and Mike was here within an hour. He had the parts and the skill to replace the condenser motor and the price was more than $50 lower than others I had consulted. He even checked the air filter and cleaned it at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Cooler Tymes!

Unfortunately we had to us them in July, they replaced a coil and a board in the attic.found out he wired it improperly ,would only blow cold air instead of warm air, also the unit wasn't attached properly. They tried to charge me for new dampers when all we needed was new thermostats. Saved about $1400 by using a real pro. Very unprofessional
