I noticed my house was a few degrees warmer. The AC was not blowing cold so I called Mike that afternoon. He had one of his guys out a few hours later.

The unit was leaking coolant. The tech was polite and when he left it was blowing cold. When I got the bill it seemed high. I called some other companies and advised I was probably billed for the expensive R22 coolant not the R410 coolant.

I emailed Mike about it, which I learned later he did not receive. When he did learn of the email he contacted me and made things right. He stated he would address this with tech.

I have used Cooler Tymes in the past for ac repair. Mike did not push anything I did not need and had me back up and running. If you call Cooler Tymes for service and have an issue, question, or concern with something. I would suggest calling Mike and discussing it.

Called on a Saturday afternoon with upstairs unit going off and on and wasn't cooling. Mike was out the same afternoon, found unit very low on coolant, charged system,
top off other unit. Everything working great, and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend Cooler Tymes to anyone needing Ac Service.

Everybody knows how hard it is to get a honest person to work on your car, electrical, a/c unit,... but let me tell you, if you use Cooler Tymes you will never need to find another a/c tech ever. I have been calling Mike for all of my a/c needs. the thing i love about his service is that he teaches you exactly is wrong with the unit. he informs you of everything he is doing and why he is. unlike other company's that always seem to work without telling you anything. also seem to be bothered by you asking questions.Mike is a great person that will always be willing to help when you need it most. Cooler Tymes had my a.c. running in no time.mike was very professional and nice. He came early on a Sunday witch was really good . He had all the parts already in his truck. Prices were great fo the great service . He's my Guy now for ac.

Had an issue with our AC and it was not functioning correctly. Mike and his crew came in assessed the situation and provided us alternatives to fix the issue. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and Mike always available by phone or text. Would highly recommend Mike and his crew.

Mike was fantastic! I came back from vacation to a very warm house and he responded right away to fix the issue same day. He was prompt and very knowledgeable to make sure all parts inside and outside were working properly. Very reasonably priced. Will be my go to from now on!

Mike is fantastic! They came out and replaced our HVAC unit two years ago and has continued to service our unit since. Today we had an issue that he came out and fixed right away. Very professional, honest, and well worth the expense.

This is the second time I’ve needed Mike’s expertise and both were as pleasant as you could hope for considering the circumstances. His response time is fast, prices are more than fair and he’s happy to chat with you about the details as he inspects the a/c unit.
