We've been extremely pleased with Cooler Tymes. Mike & his team installed 2 new AC units in April of 2017. They were professional and thorough in walking us thru the various options while we considered what efficiency / SEER / size units to go with to replace or 15+yr old units. The installation was seamless, especially considering the work effort involved. We couldn't be happier with our investment and it was an investment... but fairly priced and excellent customer service every step of the way. We've been issue-free for 2yrs now and the guys have been great during the service / regular maintenance appts. With the savings we've seen on our APS bill, the units are basically paying for themselves (maybe a little less so now after APS's rate plan changes).
But we can only imagine what we'd be paying if still using or old units! Recommend them for service, maintenance or replacement. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, &reasonable priced.

Couldn’t ask for a better qualified AC HVAC company. Mike at Cooler Tymes makes you feel like your the only client that he has. Very personable and considerate! We have two AC units and a HVAC all had to be serviced. He’s one of the good guys. Won’t rip you off. Five stars!

Our a/c started making a terrible noise on Saturday and by Sunday morning the noise was worse. We called Mike and within an hour he was here to diagnose the problem, our compressor. He discovered a repair that was done by a previous owner of our house but they used the wrong part, which caused other problems and likely was what damaged our compressor. On Monday by noon he was all done and now everything is nice and cool, better than before!!

My review is a little late, but a while ago Mike came out to check a problem we had with our AC. I don't really remember the details of it all, but it ended up being a fair price and excellent service. I know he charges a lot for a service check too, compared to other companies, but he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me his honest opinion. From what I remember, it was just a minor and easy fix, and I felt the price was very fair for the work he did and parts he used, including some Freon to recharge the system. My only complaint is that he probably told us a little too much about it all. I guess I learned a lot about AC, but I don't remember half of it -- he likes to talk, but definitely means well! :)

Prompt, honest, and solved the problem quickly. I would definitely call Mike again when the need arises. Hard to find businesses like his anymore. The company I called before had an opening six days ahead...mike showed up the same day! Keep up the good work and thanks again.

Mike serviced our AC unit. He was very thorough and explained each step of the process. We needed a few minor repairs, which he did at a fair price. No up-selling. No hassle. Definitely recommend.

Mike was short with me, didn't explain what went wrong or how it was fixed. He went outside with his tools and after 20 mins came back in and said"air was blowing" and left. I watched the thermostat increase from 89° to 94° within an hour. I had turned off the AC system because no cold air was blowing. I could have diagnosed my own problem if it was just that "the air is blowing". I know there air is blowing, however there was no*cold* air blowing. Called again, Mike was supposed to come back again. After 6 hours being left in 97°home, my son passed out on the floor and my girls went over to the neighbors house. Disappointed in lack of empathy the business had for resident of AZ, especially in mid August where temperatures indoors were slowly creeping up to temperatures outdoors. I was very upset with the poor service and lack of empathy and rapport with customers that cooler thymes displayed towards customers that needed the service. Definitely would not recommend their services.

Mike is a solid contractor. I found him on google and had an excellent experience with his service. Honest, current on technology, and all around A+ service. I would recommend for anyone in the area.....and no I have never met him before! If you are looking for someone that will give you an honest opinion for a great price, look no further.

Over the weekend, my HVAC unit started struggling to keep the house cool, blowing hot air. Mike Greco came out, diagnosed the problem within minutes and had the motor / capacitor replaced within an hour.

He's super knowledgeable; walked me through his process, showed me why the old parts were failing and even cleaned up the unit, inside and out. He's got my future business for yearly checkups and anything that goes wrong. Highly recommended!

Mike, Carlos, Rudy and Sam just finished installing a new Lennox unit for my house. They were all so friendly, happy and informative. Cooler Tymes has been maintaining our AC for 6 years and we will be customers for life. Thank you All:)
