The gentleman that adjusted my home air ducts was professional and courteous. This type of vent adjustment may take a couple of visits to ensure proper air flow throughout the house. The technician assured me that my satisfaction was important and future visits if necessary were not a problem. No complaints from me. I would highly recommend this company.

We've been customers since 2001with the exception of 2 years when our original equipment needed replacement. The sale included 2 years of free maintenance. The sales company was Tucson based. The maintenance appointments were set in "live time". There was no time window set to anticipate service thus the customer could not leave the house until after the service folks completed their work. Also the appointments were set for the convenience of the company. GVC&H always works with their customers and in the best interest of the customer. All work has been consistent in quality and done well.

While we use Green Valley HVAC for maintenance, most recently, we really appreciate them taking the time to check our roof-top unit after a hail storm. Fortunately, there was no damage but the company didn't hesitate to inspect it and immediately got back to us with the good news! Thank you!

Our air conditioner quit working 7/29 Friday late afternoon! We called Green Valley heating & cooling. Their service man (Grand) was here within 1/2 hour. He replaced the fan & had the air conditioner working within 1& 1/2
Hours. Wonderful service Grand could not have been nicer!!!

They do their best to repair a unit before recommending a new install (unlike goetll). They've been great at telling me about how much lifespan my ac has and have helped me repair small things on it until a new install is needed. I've been able to get 15+ years more out of this unit that Goettl wanted to replace day 1. The techs are great at showing routine things I can do to prolong the life of my unit. Will use them and trust them for so long due to their ability to repair and not just sell new units.
