Green Valley Cooling & Heating

I am extremely pleased with your service and the repairman you sent, Grand. I live at The Peaks and they use Green Valley Cooling and Heating services for their residents. Around 3 pm on January 19, I returned home to find I had no electricity. The Peaks sent their maintenance man to see what the problem was and he determined it was the HVAC system causing the main breaker to trip. He then contacted your firm and I was promised someone would show that evening.

This is a note to thank you for sending such a great repairman, Grand, to solve my heating issue. He arrived about 7 pm, immediately diagnosed the problem as burnt wiring. After he fixed the wiring, he also found that the relay was faulty but did not have the part with him to fix it and could not get one from the shop until the morning. He also made sure I could manually turn my unit on and off so that I had heat overnight, since the nighttime temperatures were predicted to get down to 32 degrees. Then he returned at 7:15 am on January 20 to replace the relay. In my opinion Grand went above and beyond what I expected. He is an excellent repairman, polite and considerate. He quickly accomplished fixing my heating issue and deserves recognition for what he does.

We just bought a new house and Ramon came to the house to explain how our thermostat worked. Very helpful to us. The prior owner had a maintenance contract with them which we definitely plan on continuing.

I hear they do good work, but i could not get a quote from them over the phone, but did from brenovations in tucson and so spent my $10,000 with them. / Update: I did purchase A/C from Brenovations (yes, full 10K) but damn it turned out sour and not "right"; especially the follow up after sale and service - lousy and unacceptable. Since then I have used GV Cooling for service calls and they have been excellent.

After having one company work on my heat pump system for over a week only to throw up his hands and say he can't fix it I called up Green Valley cooling to figure out what the problem with my heating system was. One day after calling Brian came and had it fixed within an hour and a half of investigating. I have great confidence in this company in specifically Brian. I feel fortunate to have Brian diagnose and fix the problem.
