The technician was professional, on time, and very respectful. His diminuir was so relaxed that I felt very comfortable with him. He explained everything to myself and my husband. He was kind enough to wait a few minutes for my husband to call back, as he was work and I was afraid I would not have not explained the issues properly. He did his work in a very timely manner. If this technician is an example of how Green Valley Cooling & Heating does all their business, I would have to recommend them over and over again!

Derek, our technician, got our very ancient furnace running very efficiently. He was polite, knowledgeable & patient, explaining what the trouble was and the steps he was taking to fix it.

To me this is the best run business in Green Valley. I’m impressed at the professional attitude of everyone there that I have had contact with. They all are very pleasant and helpful. Their advice and suggestions have saved me money and increased my trust confidence in their service

Our technician called 30 minutes before he arrived. Alex answered all of our questions, didn’t speak in words not familiar to me and was a personable man to speak with.

Called at 8:00 AM on a Sunday for a non-functioning thermostat. Cooling technician Luis arrived at 10:00 AM on the same day. He was friendly, competent, and quick. He also took the time to explain the necessary steps for programming the thermostat. I'd be very proud to have him on my staff.

Richard showed up early for our appointment, inspected my unit for hail damage, show us the pics that he took and explained why they recomend replacement instead of repair.

All The folks at Green Valley Heating & Cooling are terrific! Cost is reasonable, they do our regular maintenance & replace filters etc. Customer service is polite and triages calls, Alex the technician is especially great to deal with- communicates well, professional & knowledgeable. Richard provided outstanding professional service. Explained the repair necessary to stop vibrations. This was old school customer service. Very difficult to find these days. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Luis was on time, easy to communicate—our needs & his questions & explanations. Pleasant but very professional. Laid out repair needs & prices clearly. Checked out something for me even tho it wasn’t strictly part of his assignment.
