The customer service was exceptional! I had to wait a few minutes but their wait information and music was the best I’ve ever experienced.
The service representative was excellent! Got it fixed in a short time. Was totally helpful, pleasant, quick, clean, well spoken. Who could ask for more??? ( I hope you pay him well!)
I was not happy that it cost me $522 but that’s a first repair service I have had since I moved here in 2007. Thank you, Green Valley Cooling and Heating.

I had to call GV Cooling and Heating after hours. Richard was standing in the rain in the dark fixing my electric panel A/C in an emergency. He showed exceptional technical skills and performed above expectation of any company around. I have used Green Valley Cooling and Heating over the years. They are a great company to call anytime, providing expert technicians always and especially in a time of crisis. I give Richard and the company an A+.

Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our explanation of the problem we were having and went right to work solving the issue. Told us to observe the operation for the next few days and to call back if still not performing well. I believe he tried his best and am expecting the issue to be solved. He is to be commended for his attitude and respect he shows your customers.

Routine Maintenance — January 23, 2023. Ken was great! He checked the HVAC unit on the roof as well as replaced the filter screen in my hallway. Ken is exceptional! He is knowledgeable, as well as personable.

Cody was great. Highly recommend both him and the business in general.

Every technician/ salesperson I dealt with went the extra mile. They were flexible and gave me options/choices. I felt very comfortable with the technicians working on and in my home. Honest, reliable, keep their word. Precise, streamlined, perfectionistic work.

Dominick arrived in the early afternoon as promised by the office. He was quick and efficient with his time, diagnosing the problem and giving us options for repair. We also signed up for the service plan, which considering the age of our heating/cooling unit, it seems like the prudent thing to do.

Hosve was WONDERFUL! He is friendly, personable and upbeat. I would have no one else take care of our heating/cooling needs. Well done!!!!

Alex is a polite, respectful young man. He was competent in his checking my unit both in the garage and on the roof. He saw sun damage to some casing (?) and was able to repair it. Alex showed me the photo to ask if I wanted that replacement done. He helped me in my question about my thermostat and showed me a tip to know I was sliding it correctly.
