..Called in the am, Green Valley arrived by early afternoon, Rob and Jesse were professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient! Fantastic job, they had my ac up and running within two hours! Excellent service, would call again....😎

Called for service at 4:30 pm. Service man arrived at 5:00 pm. Turned out to be a burnt wire. Thank goodness not something more serious. Dominick was courteous and very professional. We do service plan. We’ll worth it!

Fantastic company, efficient and professional. We have been using GV H&C for 18 years. Alex came yesterday for routine maintenance. He found a weak capacitor which he repaired immediately. Went out of his way at 5:30 PM to find a colleague who had the part on his truck. And of course no charge with maintenance agreement and warranty. Now that is excellent service. Thanks again GV H&C

I seem to have misplaced the review I did before. Mouse might have eaten it. Grand was our maintenance person. Grand is so nice, polite and knows what he is doing. Very pleasant. I have had coverage with GV Cooling & Heating for a very long time and have always been happy with them. Hope this review doesn't bite the dust !

We have used Green Valley cooling and Heating for several years now and I’ve never had a complaint with them. Always courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We love their service program for routine maintenance of our HVAC system.

Nick was absolutely awesome. While we thought the fix was a simple at the thermostat, he went up on the roof and checked tolerances, etc. only to discover that indeed the compressor wasn't working. All in a single visit. And then he scheduled us to meet with a salesperson that same afternoon. Their professionalism and courtesy was flawless. We'd definitely do business with them again.

Yes, on a weekend!!! Robert came from a distant location very promptly. He was very pleasant to work with, explained the available options, and resolved the problem quickly. Yay for Robert and my Green Valley Cooling and Heating service agreement!

I simply wanted an evaluation of an old mini-split system in a space I’m leasing. Richard is thorough and honest. He didn’t rush through and explained the condition and options/next steps well. Very nice gentleman; I completely trust him!

A/C went out Sunday evening around 6:30 pm. Called GV heating and cooling and a human answered the phone. Asked what was the problem and said that a tech would be there in about 20 minutes. Tech ( Micheal )
showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and repaired as necessary. We were back up and running in less than 1 hour. Superb service and very professional. I would NOT HESITATE to recommend this company for any heating or cooling issues that you may have.
