Had a really good maintenance visit by Richard from Green Valley Cooling and Heating. He was prompt, courteous, and highly professional. This company won my business for an annual maintenance contract because out of the blue my HVAC unit died in July and after calling this company they had someone at the house in 45 minutes and got the AC working within an hour of arrival. This kind of service wins loyalty.

They did a great job making sure my HVAC system was working appropriately. Michael was professional and took the time to make sure everything not was in working order, and to be aware of their services if anything should go wrong in the future.

Technician was on time, introduced himself with business card. Professional and polite. Did his intro inspection, gave verbal and written analysis and suggestions for maintaining good service. Explained thoroughly and clearly. Appreciated his thorough work done. Very polite, friendly and cordial.

Prior to my service repair this wonderful young man explained to me that I did not have a HVAC problem. It was a running water issue through my softener that was making the noise similar to what you would expect from a furnace fan.

Apparently there were many other calls the day our heat pump dies because it was late in the day when Cody arrived at our house. But he was friendly and professional. He needed parts to complete our repair, but he provided a temporary fix so our heat was restored the same day. The only recommendation I would make is that a call to inform us of the lateness of the service call would have been welcome. We waited all day and then called for an update around 4:30 pm.

My house guest said Ramon was very nice, professional, found and fixed the problem. She's happy to have heat again. Thanks very much!
