My compressor gave out mid July on a Thursday. Jamie came out the same day and had a new compressor installed the very next morning. Every other company I called said it would be at least Monday til they could get it done. I highly recommended this company.

I bought an HVAC & Mike was very detailed and through explaining their process and answering any questions that I had. Also he was able to beat Semper Fi’s prices. Mike is now my go to HVAC guy that I use and will send to my clients and friends.

I was out of state and tenant reported no heat during the winter. True North responded promptly to my call. Coordinated with my tenant and had a new system installed within days. All good! Thank you, True North!

I contacted this company by phone after experiencing problems with a brand new unit that was installed by another company. It was a very complicated situation in which I had been told the manufacturer was replacing the unit. That never happened and after about 5 months I found True North Air Conditioning reviews on Yelp and Google and called. Mike (owner of True North) let me fully explain the situation on a weekend day (can't remember if it was Saturday or Sunday). I had actually called several companies that day and the calls just went to voicemail. Mike set an appointment to come see my unit found a leak and repaired it. A situation that I wrestled with for months was handled in just a few hours. I expected to pay 4 times what Mike charged me and he was more than fair. Mike has repeatedly followed up with me every 2 weeks or so to make sure everything is still satisfactory. I absolutely recommend True North Air Conditioning.

I have used True North multiple times for hvac repairs, thermostat installation and hvac installs. I have had a great experience every time. They were able to quickly identify and fix my hvac problem at a reasonable price.

A/C was blowing hot air, fan wasn’t running. Called True North and Jamie walked me through some troubleshooting before sending a tech. Once we realized it was something more serious, he had his tech Johnny out here within an hour. One bad capacitor later and we were up and running! Its cold again! Crazy fast response times, thanks to true north my family wont be suffering in the crazy heat tonight .

I can’t say enough great things about this company and the work they do! They have installed a new unit in my house last year. This year I needed duct work re-routed due to a remodel, Jamie and Mika came out and got the job done and we’re so professional! All companies should take tips from Mike on how to keep customers for life!
