True North Air Conditioning

True North was great! They came the same day I called and had my hvac unit running again within about 10 minutes. I’ll definitely use them again!

I was very impressed with the team, they were very professional they work well together and they finished installing our brand new AC system 2-hour shy of the estimated quote time. They followed up with a maintenance check 6 months after the installation. I highly recommend this company.

We had AC unit failure at 8:00pm while the weather is above 110 degree and called True North. We were surprised that someone answered the phone (it was Jamie) and he managed to find his available technician to come and repair the unit. By 9:30pm, our unit is back in operation. Johnny (the technician) was awesome and professional. Very reasonable price considering after hours service and timely response/repair. Highly recommended.

My ac died and the temperature was 104 degrees! I called these folks; and without 2 hours on a Friday afternoon the technician arrived at my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part with one he had on his truck, and the house was cool and comfortable within a half hour. I highly recommend Tru North. They are efficient, professional, and honest.

Jamie and the entire crew at True North Air Conditioning are tremendous! One of our compressors went out over the July 4th weekend and I called True North on Saturday thinking that I probably would not receive a response until Tuesday. I was completely mistaken! Jamie texted me back on Saturday and stated he would be out on Sunday to determine why the second compressor was blowing hot air. Jamie arrived promptly at the scheduled time, stating that he gives his techs off over the holiday weekend, which indicates to me that he is a great owner. Jamie resolved our compressor issue with a new capacitor. I have used many air conditioning companies, but none are as honest, courteous, and respectful as the team at True North. I will continue to use True North as my go to company for all of our air conditioning maintenance and repairs.

Mike and Jamie at True North are excellent! Very professional and courteous. Mike installed our new equipment quickly and on-schedule! And Jamie has done an excellent job with maintenance and followup. Very much appreciated!

Very professional company. They installed my Trane split system on 4/27/2020 and I couldn't be happier with the installation and price. They not only did a great job installing they also cleaned up and removed the older unit and debree. I highly recommend this company

A part went out on our A/C. We have little kids and it was stressful to have our house so hot. They were at our house within an hour with the part needed and fixed it right then. Within half an hour our A/C was up and running again and it’s been good ever since. I recommend North Star to everyone now. Not only are they professional and prompt the owner is one of the nicest most honorable guys you will ever meet.

We had a great experience. We had an air cleaner added to our HVAC. The team was very professional and responsive. We scheduled a time, they showed up checked our system and then did the install. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough about Mike, Josh, Micha, and Johnny from True North. Johnny came out for the initial inspection and was very friendly and professional! When the actual install day came, Micha and Josh went above and beyond! They walked me through what they were going to do and then went to work. Very respectful of our home and very thorough when cleaning up! From the beginning to the end all of the guys at True North Air Conditioning were a joy to work with! Thank you again!
