Mike did a good job looking at two a/c units for us. We are in the middle of buying a house and he worked with us and owner to make sure everything is up to par. Highly recommend them.

I got estimates from 2 other big name companies for having a mini split system installed in my garage. They were well above what they advertised so I called True North based on their reviews. Mike gave me a great price but I was still somewhat concerned if this was a case of you get what you pay for. The 5 stars are absolutely appropriate for these guys. Mike, along with 2 other guys, showed up on time and did an extremely clean install. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and might even switch over maintenance on my other 3 units to these guys.

So impressed with the responsiveness of John when I used Yelp to find a company that could rerun our AC condensation drain line. He listened to what actually needed to be done, sent a quote to the person I requested, and was able to get us on the schedule right away. What had been a very stressful six months of water damage, dealing with insurance, moving out, mitigation, restoration, and moving back finally came to a relieving end before the hot temperatures came back. Thanks for making the last step easy.

What a great company!! My tenant called me that heater wasn't heating. I selected True North from an internet search. True North was onsite the next day to inspect HVAC. After they told me what was wrong, I decided it best to install a new unit. I got one more estimate from another company but True North was still better. New unit was ordered and installed 7 days later. Jamie and crew were professional, friendly and went out of their way to quickly do the job so that my tenants didn't have to go without heat for very long!! I was so pleased with their company I had them install a new HVAC on my second rental. Definitely recommend True North!

Our AC went out and within 2 hours of calling them for help, Brent had already diagnosed and fixed the issue. I will definitely be calling them again for any AC issues in the future.

Outstanding performance - diagnostic was thorough and on-point, when decision was made to replace entire unit work was scheduled promptly and performed was great efficiency. Field techs were friendly and communicated well, i always felt like I knew what was happening and why. Would absolutely recommend!
