I love Mike and Tru North the best and fastest service around. I love that he stands by his work doesn't sell a bill of goods and not deliver. He has little overhead and beat out the major competitors when we needed a new AC unit. He was fast clean and efficient. I will alwaysuse and recommend Tru North.

True North was super responsive for a last minute A/C shut off. I contacted True North at 11:30am and they were out and finished with repairing our A/C by 4:30pm. Given their window for service was 4-6pm, we were thankful, pleased, and happy to have out A/C back up and running!

Mike installed 2 mini split AC units in our home. Excellent service and craftsmanship. Mike is the go to guy. I now have 4 units installed by him.

I found True North on Google and the reviews were what helped me decide on utilizing them. I bought a house with an HVAC system unknown to me relative to maintenance. Johnny from True North came for the first checkup and we found two items that would likely fail once hot weather comes. Johnny is a professional with a very good demeanor and the ability to work efficiently and effectively using his knowledge of the systems. He came on time performed his mission and was done in about an hour. I can endorse True North for solid work and reasonable repair costs.

We called with a concern about our AC system and to schedule the yearly tune up. Quickly and easily got scheduled. Johnny was our service technician. Very prompt and professional. Quickly diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor. Performed the tune up and let us know everything was good to go! Highly recommend.

After searching for a company I found true North! Very professional company from the owner to the men who installed our new A/C. I enjoyed working with this company especially as I felt they were completely honest company. We would definitely recommend this company, they were punctual, cleaned up after they were done!! We Highly recommend this company!!

Our a/c quit working during one of the hottest days, and True North came right out that same evening, ordered the necessary parts, which he installed the following morning, after thoroughly cleaning the unit.....very responsible, trustworthy service. We highly recommend True North!
